I've been coming here for years, ever since they opened. I've tried other sushi places all over Italy, but the only one that hasn't made me sick (and I practically only eat raw) is this one. For me, Sakura is a guarantee, the fish is fresh and they are always sweet and friendly. I'm your #1 fan ♥️

Too bad we didn't try it before. The food is prepared with care, the quality of the fish (sashimi) is excellent compared to many other all you can eat in the area with higher reviews. The tuna literally melted in your mouth and the slices were at least 3 times bigger than the other all you can eat mentioned before. The menu doesn't have a wide choice but this was a strong point for us. Oriental atmosphere. Excellent price! Don't change, keep going like this!

After a whole year, I finally made it back to my favorite sushi place and my heart (and stomach) are so happy! Everything was perfect ,the sushi was fresh and full of flavor, the vibes were cozy, and the staff made me feel so welcomed, It’s the kind of place that just makes you smile the moment you walk in. Already counting the days until I can come back again! ✨💛

I used to go to this Ayce many years ago and after feeling sick once I never went back. After 8 years I wanted to try it again out of personal curiosity and I was happy with the additions they made to the menu. Ordering remained à la carte, which is rare nowadays since everyone has a tablet and in my opinion it is very nice that it has remained that way. The environment has always been beautiful, from the colors, to the seats to the little cards hanging around the place. The waiters were very kind, very helpful and very quick to deliver the dishes. The quality of the food in my opinion is below average. The sashimi and carpaccio were very good as were the nigiri. Fried hosomaki were good as was the shrimp tempura which seemed very light to me and I appreciated it. As for the less good dishes for me they were the takoyaki where you couldn't feel the octopus, the millefeuille were not crunchy but soft and the sake cone and the salmon tacos were tasteless. The fried ice cream was unfortunately a disappointment because my boyfriend felt sick and we had to leave the restaurant in a hurry, probably the batter was still a bit raw and we didn't notice because of the glaze. I suggest maybe specifying how it will be served because maybe not everyone likes so much glaze.

First of all the decor is fantastic it seems to be in Japan, the welcome and the service are kind and fast, the environment makes you feel good practically you are comfortable and relaxing. Colleagues and friends were right to try.. customer WON OVER!!! See you soon!!

It's been a while since I went.... I returned with my daughter, and I must say that it is truly a guarantee! The place is always beautiful and well kept, the welcome is always kind, helpful, with a smile and very polite. Good dishes, and fair portions. Also for takeaway. One thing I really like is that, in the middle of the room there is a booth where they hang all the customers' tickets that they leave on the tables, a beautiful gesture!

After a year of trying other sushi, we came back and found our dear old Sakura again! The location is simply the best you can find in a sushi restaurant in Udine. Tranquility, style, originality and courteous staff guarantee an experience unlike any other. The sushi are of excellent quality and large in portion (the gunkan perhaps even too large!). We will definitely come back to enjoy your delicious rolls and the relaxing atmosphere of your place...

The restaurant is nice, with "little houses" with sliding doors for groups or families. In recent years we have used the take away option with on-site collection (obviously not all you can eat, you pay for individual choices) and, apart from a few wrong orders due to misunderstanding over the phone, but then corrected, it has never disappointed us! Excellent sushi, for us the best in the area at reasonable prices, even the starters, I don't know about pastas and main courses. Sometimes longer waiting times if the place is crowded, generally precise and efficient.
