My go-to sushi, the best and most complete I've tried, is trust me, I've tried so many in Florence.
Excellent quality of rice, fish.
Lots of variety, tuna even for lunch, excellent service for booking dishes, which are all prepared on the spot, nothing is already prepared.
Honorable mention for uramaki spicy, and gunkan spicy, but also for uramaki ebiten.

Excellent all you can eat sushi restaurant. Spicy tuna are the best rolls but the best dish to order repeatedly is the steamed meat gyoza. Superlatives.

Very nice place in front of the courthouse in Florence, we ate sushi and ravioli, all very good, you order by phone, very friendly service, normal price, all you can eat

I went there today with my children and my husband and I was amazed by the atmosphere: clean and very Japan themed and dimly lit which makes me feel like I'm at the cinema. The food is very good and there is a lot of choice, the service is very attentive and kind. I recommend it and will return in the future💖

Sito di fronte il Palazzo di Giustizia; menu ampio, originale e di carattere...per essere il solito "all you can eat".

Absolutely my favorite sushi (among those I've tried obviously). The service is excellent, the food always delicious and carefully prepared in a truly welcoming and pleasant environment. Highly recommended

I am now a regular customer, every time I want sushi I no longer have doubts about where to go. Top atmosphere, very fast service and delicious dishes, for me the best all you can eat in Florence (I've tried about twenty).

I wasn't crazy about it honestly, the waiters were friendly and quite quick. I had made a reservation but it wasn't made, they still let me sit as the place is very large. Normal sushi, not too much variety.
