Ristorante Gemma (primavera/estate)/ La Terrazza (autunno-inverno) In Limone sul garda

The restaurant is a solid 4. You won't find any sophistication here, but it's fine to sit right by the water. The service is average Italian, as in most establishments on Garda. The bill for two with 3 glasses of ordinary white wine with tips was 80 euros, not cheap, but a normal price these days.

In any case, I would love to come back. With the parking spaces, oh well

The chef is still top class even after 10 years. Is it still the same person after this time? Beautiful large ristorante on the water, outdoor seating for coffee in the lower part of Limone by the old port. Fast service, huge portion of spaghetti with all kinds of seafood. The pasta alone is also filling. Large wine list and San Pellegrino (water has ONE name!)

small selection of dishes. When ordering steak - they brought beef strips, which were very salty. When ordering Ravioli - it felt like 15 eur for 6 small pieces of ravioli was very overpaid! We waited 1 hour for all this. The landscape by the lake - of course, perfect.

Sono stato in occasione del 25 Aprile, Personale gentile, cortese, abbastanza professionale (hanno dimenticato le posate), servizio veloce calcolando che era pieno (20,30) abbiamo preso dei bigoli con crostacei al profumo di mare € 21,50cad, Peccato che erano slegati e leggermente senza sale, se devo dare un giudizio devo dire senza lode e senza infamia, piatto che... non riprenderei, porzione abbondante sporzionata dal cameriere. Come secondo abbiamo preso dei gamberoni alla griglia n°8€ 21,80, ed un branzino alla griglia€23,80, piatti ben eseguiti anch'essi nella normalità, due dessert € 7 cad (discreti) una bottiglia di Traminer € 26, una bottiglia d'acqua, un caffè, due limoncelli offerti, per un totale di €146,00... Non ci tornerei... La cosa più positiva, la location, eravamo in riva al lago... SOLO per questo merita una sosta.... IL Resto come ho già detto, senza lode né infamia...

Non sono il tipo da recensioni negative in Italia, ma proprio ieri ci siamo imbattuti in un ristorante/pizzeria che oltre alla location sembrava ispirare molto la nostra golosità. Ora premetto che ogni uno può chiamare le pizze come ne ha voglia..ma chiamare pizza ai frutti di mare una pizza per giunta BABY. Solo perché ci metti sopra 5 cozze 4 vongole e due cannolicchi, per me cadi molto molto in basso! La pizza ai frutti di mare la fai con totani, cozze (sgusciate santo dio) vongole si ma anche loro sgusciate, e tutto ciò che non é a guscio..se poi vogliamo parlare della forma della pizza? Quadrata? Va benissimo ma almeno abbiate la cortesia di avvertire il cliente che la pizza ai frutti di mare non é altro che lo scarto se così possiamo definirlo della cucina che non ha cucinato spaghetti allo scoglio. Voto 0 per la pizza ai frutti di mare Voto 7 alla pizza bomba Servizio 7. Ma 18,90 per quella pizza ai “resti di cucina di mare”? (Foto allegata) Mi sa di presa per i fondelli a due italiani.
