Very nice restaurant where we ate really well. I recommend the potato Torino and the cheese, pepper and truffle, but we didn't mind the meat either. We will be back soon

29/07/2025: A trattoria-restaurant in the historic center of Carnaiola di Fabro. It's located in a medieval building, but it's very well-maintained. They serve all the traditional Umbrian dishes, prepared with care. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than average, but the ingredients are top-quality. I highly recommend it.
27/07/2025: A restaurant converted from an old warehouse/cellar. Typical Tuscan-Umbrian menu. The daily specials are very interesting. Gnocchi alla norcina, a dish that left me speechless. If you're in the area, I recommend a visit.

18/06/2025: Country restaurant with home cooking, good dishes and generous portions like a trattoria, the environment is clean and spacious and a little dated, friendly and fast service, very good quality-price, I would definitely go back.
