Very nice, welcoming, clean and quiet place. Kind and friendly staff. The orders arrived after 5/10 minutes. Very good food, the fish was fresh and the various sushi in the right doses and sizes. Very good udon with shrimp and takoyaki! Perfect!

It is a very sober Asian restaurant in the historic center of Pistoia. The raw materials are very fresh, the food prepared impeccably and with good speed, also taking into account the excellent quality of the dish. The table service was very, very professional; maximum attention to the customer. The waitress, not Asian, very competent in making suggestions and advising. This restaurant was a discovery for us, one of the very few in the area worth trying.

Ristorante Giapponese Zen

03/06/2025: The gyoza are good and the ramen is really good and plentiful. Everything inside reminds you of manga and Japan, from one piece to dragon ball.
24/05/2025: A place I went to because I wanted to eat warm Asian food. The conclusion is that it is not the quality you can eat in Korea or Japan, but it is still somewhat edible. The price is not cheap for ramen, but considering the local prices, it seems to be edible. If you are tired of Italian food, I think it is okay to put out a fire in a hurry. However, do not expect ramen at the level of Japan or Korea.

01/05/2025: The service was terrible because taking minutes to bring the food is something impossible. My dad asked for spicy many times but they looked at him badly and they always didn't care. We have more than 20 minutes for a dish, the last dish I ordered didn't arrive. Every time they came to ask us "are you okay?" to send us away is disrespectful.
15/04/2025: I ate for lunch and digested for dinner 😂
