Nice place, very polite and friendly staff. Excellent food, the charcuterie board is wonderful! My only suggestion is to remove the lettuce and carrot leaves as garnishes for the polenta and explain the charcuterie and cheeses on the plates. I had a great time.

Everything was delicious. Special attention was paid to my celiac disease.

We went for a Sunday lunch, nice place with good food

The dishes were well-crafted, aesthetically pleasing, but we personally found them lacking in character. We ordered the venison fillet with blueberry reduction. It was beautifully presented, and the meat was good, but everything was subdued and lacking in flavor. The polenta concia was quite good, but nothing more. I'm celiac and chose this restaurant because of the good reviews for its gluten-free options, which were confirmed by a phone call. However, I found the waiter unprepared; I had to ask a couple of times if he could check with the kitchen to make sure the information was accurate. Unfortunately, the phrase "I think it should be gluten-free" doesn't reassure a celiac. Eventually, he asked, and indeed, everything was fine.

We dined at the Edelweiss Restaurant, choosing beef carpaccio with bagna cauda as an appetizer, followed by polenta concia and Walser soup. The dishes were well-prepared and carefully prepared, the service courteous, and the atmosphere welcoming. A pleasant experience that we highly recommend.

The owner and staff are exceptional, they make you feel at home. The tagliata and Walser soup are very good.

Excellent restaurant located in the center of Alagna. Typical mountain cuisine, truly excellent. Everything during our dinner was perfect...we'll definitely be back.
