Very elegant, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent. A restaurant where you can bring your girlfriend/wife for a lovely, elegant evening and make a great impression. It's obviously a bit more expensive than usual (two of us, with a 20% discount with The Fork, spent €120, ordering two appetizers, two first courses, one second course, and one wine).

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend and so we wanted to try the restaurant as well. We were not disappointed but I honestly expected more of the restaurant of a 5-star hotel which is also very expensive. The staff and service were great. The food could be better. My fillet was a bit chewy. The soup also could be better in my opinion.

This was an excellent restaurant serving sophisticated cuisine. I ate there twice during my stay at the hotel. Watching the staff work briskly and carefully was a different kind of satisfaction from the food itself. The atmosphere was romantic and very pleasant. In addition to the menu items we ordered, amuse-bouches and entrees were served, which were delicious, so I nibbled on them with bread. By the time the main course arrived, I was already reasonably full. Trying to finish it would have left me feeling full, but it didn't leave me feeling heavy, and I woke up feeling refreshed the next morning. I think the menu and the chef's skills are excellent. The cacio e pepe, spaghetti with swordfish tartare and mint was absolutely delicious. The Japanese proverb "a taste that will make your jaw drop" truly speaks for itself.

Das war ein Volltreffer. Herzlicher Empfang und ein Glas Prosecco zur Begrüßung. Ausgesprochen höflicher und perfekter Service. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen. Die Fischgerichte, z.b. der Pulpo sind exzellent. Für einen spontanen Besuch leider zu weit.
