We were welcomed by Massimo, a very pleasant and professional person. We were treated to a truly tasty and appetizing selection of appetizers. Two first courses, one with pistachios and the other with porcini mushrooms. A round of roast lamb, cooked so expertly that we tasted it grilled. I highly recommend a stop. A very beautiful place with a fireplace.

January 26. A historic restaurant, one of the few that has managed to combine traditional dishes with evolving cuisines. A family atmosphere, starting with the fireplace in the dining room, and friendly staff. Recommended.

A welcoming, rustic atmosphere, good, simple cuisine with a sophisticated touch. We had a mixed antipasto with hot entrees, fettuccine with pistachio cream, stringozzi with venison sauce, and a tagliata with arugula and parmesan served with potatoes and vegetables, all well-prepared and tasty. Good value. Excellent service.

This restaurant is located just outside Lecce Dei Marsi, about ten minutes away, and offers amazing homemade cuisine. Traditional ravioli with fresh ricotta and spinach, homemade tagliatelle, and chitarrina pasta with a variety of sauces are also available. I recommend the excellent porcini mushrooms. The owner is welcoming and helpful.

A welcoming and refined place. The appetizers were generous and delicious. The meat was top-quality and perfectly cooked. The owner was always present with his professionalism and friendliness. The quality/price ratio was among the best in the area.

11/03/2026: Ristorante AnimA is a phenomenal foodie experience. The beautiful, intimate setting in a 17th century palazzo, elegant decor and white tablecloths are just an introduction to the excellent service from the proprietor whose chef has put together a truly interesting and delicious menu. Each 4-course "tasting menu" is perfectly curated to create an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Plus the owner brought out a couple of dishes for us to try on the house. All this for €45 per person - very reasonable. Paired with locally sourced Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, our meal was a feast for the senses and a delight for the soul. Grazie mille! We will see you again soon.
