Excellent experience, highly recommended, excellent and traditional food.

The owner is lovely, genuine and kind. I respect that attending tables alone is challenging, but the service is severely affected. Quadrotti with chickpeas were AMAZING. The other soups also good, the pasta guanciale and fave was ok but honestly I expected more. I wish him the best, but it's hard to survive at this pace. Hopefully some young hands are going to give new energy to the experience of the current management.

Traditional restaurant: not a tourist attraction. Umbrian cuisine, simple, tasty, without exaggerating with prices. Kind service. You will leave satisfied.
