Kompliment. Wir kommen jährlich einmal während unseren Ferien in den "Etschgrund" und wir sind jedesmal positiv beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Qualität der Küche und dem "Ambiente". Das Wienerschnitzel hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung stimmen zu 100%, auch was die regionalen Weine betrifft. Beste Werbung für Südtirol-Ferien... Danke an die Chefin und ihr Team.

Hello, if I were to give six stars, I would give them to the Etschgrund restaurant in Burgstall. We happened upon a recommendation from our hotel (Hotel Günther Burgstall) and enjoyed the restaurant again on our second evening. Excellent food (I haven't had such a tender veal schnitzel in a long time). Absolutely top-notch service; the manager herself works there (authentic and very friendly). Excellent value for money and a lovely atmosphere. Good food, but good products cost money. We'll be back and highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.
