Outstanding hospitality, a truly charming senior manager, and truly delicious food (in this case, two daily specials with desserts) at a perfectly reasonable price. Anyone looking to enjoy traditional local cuisine has definitely come to the right place!

We were there for lunch. Not a huge selection, but absolutely sufficient. Good South Tyrolean cuisine. The staff is attentive and quick. The food was served quickly—it has to be served quickly, because many workers spend their lunch breaks there. We think it's good because when there are lots of locals in the restaurant, the food is also good. 👍 The manager is always there to serve and is very friendly.

We went there for dinner spontaneously. It's true that the owner opens the door and greets you very warmly with a handshake. The dining table suggested to us (without a reservation) was a very good choice. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. Everything was just right. Immediately after ordering, we received a greeting from the kitchen; it was very good. The dishes are on the larger side, but some can also be ordered smaller. The price/performance ratio is very good. The taste of the food can be described as exceptionally good. I have rarely eaten as well as this one. A clear top rating. The presentation of the dishes and desserts is also very appealing. We definitely wanted to eat there again during the second week of our vacation, but unfortunately had to leave early. We can only recommend this restaurant. And we will definitely eat there again. A big bravo to the restaurant owners, because such gastronomy has become very rare in our latitudes.

A very warm and welcoming welcome, a great ambiance and interior (small, pretty outdoor area with a view of the mountains and apple orchards). The food was excellent, also pleasing to the eye. I have rarely been served and entertained so well; 6 stars, definitely a top recommendation. It's located near a busy road, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Definitely recommended. The owner is very friendly and warm, and she personally welcomes every guest. The food is fresh and delicious, and the portions are quite generous. The price is more than justified. We'll be back.

Wir kommen jährlich einmal während unseren Ferien in den "Etschgrund" und wir sind jedesmal positiv beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Qualität der Küche und dem "Ambiente". Das Wienerschnitzel hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung stimmen zu 100%, auch was die regionalen Weine betrifft. Beste Werbung für Südtirol-Ferien... Danke an die Chefin und ihr Team.
