I had lunch at this historic restaurant in the center of L'Aquila, and the experience was exceptional: the place is well-maintained and the atmosphere is perfect; you can immediately taste the attention paid to traditional Abruzzo dishes. For appetizers, I tried the bruschetta with summer truffle, the Aquilana coratella, and the fantastic cacio e ove (cheese and egg) meatballs. Everything was delicious, and the quality of the local ingredients was evident in every bite. Next came the first courses: tagliolini with white ragù and Montepulciano, and ravioli with buffalo ricotta and spinach and saffron cream. I finished with a saffron cream dessert, capping off the region's distinctive flavor. The entire meal was truly excellent. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the food and the ambiance. A must-try for anyone seeking authentic L'Aquila cuisine.

Always a guarantee for years and years! We come here for all the anniversaries or birthdays and we always leave happy and satisfied! The staff is very kind and helpful, the environment welcoming and characteristic. Finally, the wine, a show! The tradition of L'Aquila in many dishes between classics and more refined.
