For appetizers, I tried the bruschetta with summer truffle, the Aquilana coratella, and the fantastic cacio e ove (cheese and egg) meatballs. Everything was delicious, and the quality of the local ingredients was evident in every bite. Next came the first courses: tagliolini with white ragù and Montepulciano, and ravioli with buffalo ricotta and spinach and saffron cream.
