A good restaurant located in a remote location... Excellent service and excellent dishes. I'm not giving it five stars for two reasons: I'd prefer a paper menu so I could choose my dishes, rather than having them listed by the waitress; and given the location, a few traditional dishes wouldn't be a bad idea... Anyway, a positive experience!

Since we had our dog with us, we asked to be seated in a discreet area so as not to disturb other customers; our request was handled promptly and courteously, finding us a quiet spot. Lunch was a true triumph: the food served was of excellent quality and presented with almost obsessive attention to detail. Everything was delicious, but the sliced ​​meat deserves an honorable mention: tender and exceptionally flavorful. ​Despite the restaurant being fully booked, Cosimo, the owner, kindly took a couple of minutes to greet us, as we requested, demonstrating truly appreciable customer service. ​Finally, special praise goes to all the dining room staff for their courtesy and evident sensitivity towards our guests. Animals, a detail we particularly appreciated. ​I strongly encourage anyone passing through Sprea to visit this high-quality restaurant: it's definitely worth it. We'll definitely be back!
