Tonight we had dinner at the Entree restaurant. We were welcomed well by the staff. As a welcome, they brought us a delicious fish entree wrapped in crispy puff pastry with sauce: to say it was delicious is an understatement. We ordered three fish-based starters and a mixed fry, each dish was an explosion of flavours. For dessert, we chose the dark chocolate soufflé with mango and the raspberry cheesecake. They were spacey in both taste and presentation. Excellent for a special evening and also as a culinary experience.
