Sublime. Excellent quality food and impeccable service in its naturalness and simplicity, from savory to sweet dishes. Creamed cod, with truffles…..a surprise!!!! Thank you Sabino and the staff for this fantastic experience. Manuel and Cristina.

Ero di passaggio per lavoro così sono tornato dall'ormai famoso Sabino dove i piatti sono sempre perfetti i sapori sublimi e il pesce di eccellente qualità i crudi fantastici così anche la presentazione dei piatti per non parlare dei vini di altissimo livello le parole non sono mai abbastanza per definire questo ristorante di altissima qualità, anche oggi sono rimasto super soddisfatto dei piatti assaporati gestiti sempre dal caro Sabino gentile disponibile e attento.Impiattamento 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. COMPLIMENTI !!!!

Bis... nel senso che sono tornato una seconda volta in poche settimane da ENSAMA, stavolta con l'amico che me lo fece scoprire una decina di anni fa, e col quale ci siamo ripromessi di tornare con regolarità per non perdere la cucina di Chef Sabino. Che poi...più che Chef è un "Padrone di Casa" che ti ospita con una cucina di eccellenza, così come sono d'eccellenza le materie prime che utilizza. Bravo... perché in dieci anni la cucina non ha mai avuto cedimenti né ripetitività; una fantasia in grado di proporre piatti sempre originali e con un numero minimo di ingredienti, di freschezza assoluta. Ci sono certamente ristoranti più economici, ma la qualità va riconosciuta e va compensata!

I went on 12/19/2024 to this beautiful restaurant, with attention to both the aesthetics and the preparation of the dishes and the conviviality of the chef. Even though we arrived well in advance (even before the restaurant opened), they welcomed us without problems and with the promptness of a restaurant like this. Excellent food, with many varieties also in terms of tastes and preferences between cooking methods and so on. Truly a wonderful experience, worth repeating.

Perfect evening for the atmosphere, hospitality and service. A culinary experience of considerable level for the taste of the preparations and the quality of the raw materials. A little expensive but 360° quality is paid for! Thanks to the chef sommelier Sabino ❤️

09/05/2025: I loved it! The atmosphere, the dishes offered (vegan or fish or meat, there's something for everyone!). They are inviting dishes, I was in a hurry and I enjoyed the Ascoli fish olives and the seafood salad. Everything excellent! And seasoned with the kindness of the staff ❤️

13/05/2025: Don't be fooled by the entrance - it's inconspicuous. At first it looks like "this wasn't it", then it looks like it's closed. And in the end it turns out to be a great restaurant with a short menu (which is an advantage) and perfectly prepared dishes. There is an option to order "a little bit of everything" where you can try a review of the portions from each item.
11/05/2025: Absolutely a spectacle. Incredible ragout
