The chef is incredibly kind: super friendly, attentive, and guides you through the experience, explaining each course with passion and expertise, making you feel truly part of the journey. The atmosphere is magnificent, refined yet welcoming, like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The dishes are a true explosion of flavor: every bite is balanced, surprising, and leaves an incredible taste in your mouth long after you've finished the course. A complete sensory experience that will stay with you forever. It's not just eating: it's experiencing something special. Absolutely worth trying.

At Sabino, you're pampered. We decided to go to the restaurant for lunch on Sunday, close to our wedding anniversary: ​​we wanted something less crowded, perhaps seafood, but my husband remembered a restaurant in the lower Bologna area... and of course, he was wrong! After calling to make a reservation, he realized it wasn't the place he remembered, but we went anyway: our first experience at a PLACE THAT MOSTLY STARRED. We spent a fortune, but we have no regrets! We were the only guests in the dining room, served and pampered by Chef Sabino: delicious dishes, made with excellent ingredients, with sophisticated presentations and combinations. The fregola with shellfish (a dish that earned a Michelin star) and the creamed cod with truffle were amazing. The restaurant isn't for everyone's budget, but it's worth a visit... or maybe twice!
