We love seafood, so we carefully research our restaurant choices, and I must say we weren't disappointed this time either. This restaurant offers professionalism, courtesy, and attentive customer service, along with top-quality ingredients. High prices.

Fabulous! We had dinner at Sabino's the night before Valentine's Day because we love the quiet. It was an unforgettable dinner. I also ate raw fish, having always been reticent about it.
The flavors, the combinations, the presentation of the dishes, the details of the place, and above all, Sabino's hospitality and professionalism make this restaurant unique.
You feel pampered from start to finish, with great warmth and friendliness.
We are so happy with this discovery. We will be back with great pleasure 😊

This is without a doubt the best seafood restaurant I've ever been to. Here, you don't choose from the menu: you trust the chef, and that's the best thing you could do. Every dish exudes love, dedication, and attention to detail.
The chef is incredibly kind: super friendly, attentive, and guides you through the experience, explaining each course with passion and expertise, making you feel truly part of the journey.
The atmosphere is magnificent, refined yet welcoming, like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The dishes are a true explosion of flavor: every bite is balanced, surprising, and leaves an incredible taste in your mouth long after you've finished the course.
A complete sensory experience that will stay with you forever. It's not just eating: it's experiencing something special. Absolutely worth trying.

At Sabino, you're pampered.
We decided to go to the restaurant for lunch on Sunday, close to our wedding anniversary: we wanted something less crowded, perhaps seafood, but my husband remembered a restaurant in the lower Bologna area... and of course, he was wrong!
After calling to make a reservation, he realized it wasn't the place he remembered, but we went anyway: our first experience at a PLACE THAT MOSTLY STARRED. We spent a fortune, but we have no regrets!
We were the only guests in the dining room, served and pampered by Chef Sabino: delicious dishes, made with excellent ingredients, with sophisticated presentations and combinations.
The fregola with shellfish (a dish that earned a Michelin star) and the creamed cod with truffle were amazing.
The restaurant isn't for everyone's budget, but it's worth a visit... or maybe twice!
