⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly pleasant experience! I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. The food was delicious, with exquisite flavors and quality ingredients. The plating was also impeccable; every dish was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The setting is spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with soothing background music and a quiet atmosphere that allows you to fully enjoy the meal. The service was excellent, attentive, and fast, thanks in part to the fact that there weren't many people in the dining room. All in all, an experience I highly recommend!

Old style room that has seen better times. Dishes that are not very original but overall correct. The wine list is limited and banal, which is a very unpleasant fact, as the structure focuses (unfortunately only in words) a lot on wines, creating high expectations among customers which are decidedly disappointed. I underline that the property has a well-stocked shop/wine shop within walking distance, and therefore it is not clear why they did not choose to improve the restaurant's wine list.

Grilled lame and ravioli is the finest! Also baked vegetables and typical Umbrian soup Scafata.

A restaurant that is increasingly a point of reference for the city of Perugia. A place to spend a Sunday with your family feeling at home. This is despite the fact that it is also the restaurant of a hotel that is always very busy. You are immersed in a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the result of classic but not heavy furnishings. The dishes offered are however a dive into Umbrian culture. But not only that, because the new proposals on the menu are based on the gastronomic culture of central Italy, with a personal touch that doesn't hurt. Today I really appreciated the oxtail and the Roman artichokes, the bresaola was very original. Rich wine list with excellent labels offered at very honest prices. A little disappointed by the desserts, the semifreddo was not well defrosted and was hard. The service was good, the staff were helpful and discreet, even if this time the waiting time for the first course was a little too long. It's the first time it's happened to me. I think it was an internal problem. Account in line with the quality of the product
