21/02/2026: An unmissable gem in the small village of Montefalco. The atmosphere is intimate yet well-maintained. The food is truly excellent, cooked with care and attention to flavor balance. You absolutely must try the pears in Sagrantino wine for dessert... truly exceptional. Prices are in line with the quality of the food.
