“Emozioni Restaurant”: each dish a different emotion: the freshness of the starters, the softness of the ravioli, the strong taste of the stuffed muscles and, finally, the contrast between the sourness of the lemon pudding and the sweetness of the Bavarian cream with crumble and berries, all enclosed in one delicious dessert... What can I say, my husband and I spent a pleasant evening and were happy to have celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We will definitely find the opportunity to return! Thanks to all the staff, kind and prepared!

Marino, heart and passion for cooking, everything that will arrive on your table is handmade by him, quality in the search for raw materials and quantity of dishes to choose between tradition and innovation. A real gem a few steps from the historic center of Massa, to be absolutely tried without even thinking twice. In the dining room, Franca and Benedetta don't miss a beat and will make you feel at home.

Abbiamo cenato in questo grazioso e centralissimo locale per la prima volta. Gradevole la mise en place, gentilezza in sala. Buoni i tordelli e la tagliata, il baccala' alla "povera" invece non ci ha entusiasmato, cosi' come il vino della casa. Insomma... Conto nella media della zona.

01/09/2024: I had lunch twice at this restaurant. the second the panigacci, while the first we tasted the dishes from the kitchen. both times we ate really well, there is certainly quality in this place. pleasant environment and room service.
28/08/2024: Albergo Restaurant Pasquino in Aulla is an absolute gem! We had an amazing dining experience here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The traditional food was outstanding, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the homemade pasta to the delicious local meats, everything tasted authentically Tuscan. The wine was equally impressive, perfectly complementing our meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal wine to pair with our food, which made the experience even more special. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they serve. If you’re in Aulla and looking for a place to enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine with the perfect wine, Albergo Ristorante Pasquino is the place to go. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!
