We stumbled upon this gorgeous restaurant and we were not disappointed. The staff were the best! Alessandro, Carmine, Michele and the whole team made us feel so welcome. In fact, we went back for dinner 3 times! Loved Michele's award winning food, loved the service from the whole team. We loved the selection of wine. We will be back!

Excellent dishes and excellent service

Fabulous little seafood restaurant tucked away from the crowds. The service, wine and food were all really good quality. Not the cheapest, but reasonably priced for the quality of the food.

This restaurant is located in a central yet secluded area, far from the noise of busy streets: the atmosphere alone is captivating. The menu is a triumph of flavors, with seafood as the undisputed star—fresh and perfectly cooked—but there are also excellent meat options, prepared with equal attention. The spaces are charming: inside, the ambiance is elegant and refined, while outside, you can dine in a quaint, intimate and picturesque street, adding to the experience's charm. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend the perfect wine pairing. A place to return to and one I would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for an unforgettable dinner in Trieste.

We dined outside...the place was really cute! All the staff were polite and friendly. It's wonderful to see the kitchen, all the staff busy and Michele, Executive Chef, attentive to detail...We ate very well, perfect portions and top quality. ❤️

The food didn't impress us at all; there are better options in Trieste. The service was very friendly, the ambiance was okay... In my opinion, the price/performance ratio was too high considering the quality of the food.

Heerlijke pasta met peccorino en rauwe scampi. Zeer vriendelijk personeel in een rustige omgeving weg van de drukte. Een echte aanrader.

Llegué por casualidad hace una semana. Dos parejas... la comida era excelente, así como el servicio. Manteles de lino fino, iluminación perfecta, techo pintado, habitación pequeña pero no abarrotada. Fue tan bueno que volvimos anoche. El lugar es “con clase” dijo mi hermano - en - la ley. “La mejor comida que he comido en Trieste” dijo mi hermana - en - la ley! El propietario nos recordó y nos trató como viejos amigos. Todo el personal era amable. El chef charló con nosotros. El dueño sacó pacientemente varias botellas de Amaro para olfatear y probar. Esposo tenía Caccio e peppe. La familia tenía Risotto con gambieri y yo tenía Tortelli relleno de pez espada en una salsa increíble, muy ligera. Los vinos eran increíbles! Somos experimentados foodies de Vancouver y Sydney, donde buenos restaurantes están en todas partes. Esta fue una experiencia que siempre recordaremos. ¡No estoy seguro de por qué no está escrito en todas las guías! Pero entonces no habría sido lo mismo. ¡Como un lugar secreto que descubrimos!
