Excellent hotel, very friendly at reception. We arrived at 11 and were given our room without any problems. The rooms are beautiful!!! With all the necessary amenities, including a jacuzzi, a good bed, etc. The location is very easy to access, which isn't so easy in Cicilia. I highly recommend it.

Elegant hotel, frienly staff, good cusine, some place to parking with car, but really outside of the old city and the sights.

For the first time, I stayed at this hotel as a chauffeur with my group and a coach. Unfortunately, the coach broke down in the afternoon and I was forced to arrive late at the hotel, around 10:00 PM. I would like to thank all the staff for their help in resolving every problem I encountered. I especially thank Aisha, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to her, even though the kitchen was already closed, she made sure I had a good dinner. I will never be able to thank her enough for all her helpfulness, especially considering I'm from the province of Trapani and everything is closed on Sunday evenings. Thank you so much again.

Very central and a short distance to Ortigia, The staff is amazing the receptionist and the restaurant staff couldn’t be better, breakfast and dinner at its best will recommend and we will certainly visit again next year.

Pleasant hotel, good breakfast, didn't have time to enjoy the pool, which made the value for money less attractive. But everything was spotless. The entrance gate was (too) discreet, making it look like the establishment was closed.

A hotel that reflects Sicily's profound sense of decadence. The garden is hidden from view, and the undergrowth as you look out the bedroom window is pure decadence and a sad sight. Something needs to be done to improve the look a bit!

I've had the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice. Since I had such a great time the first time, I decided to celebrate my birthday and book this beautiful property again, years later. The pool is a truly exclusive amenity, meticulously maintained, with elegant lounge chairs and a view of the entire building while you swim. It's a very peaceful environment; even with children, peace and quiet are always guaranteed. Breakfast is nothing short of fantastic: tables are set up to form islands, each with a different food item, such as the Sicilian granita and brioche table, the Sicilian cured meats table, the homemade cakes table, the fresh fruit or dried fruit table, and so on. Breakfast can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, in the garden. I highly recommend having it in the garden because it's so charming. The staff is super super super exquisite, from reception to breakfast, to poolside service... truly top notch!!! The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing I can say, but it's just an aesthetic judgment that doesn't affect the quality of the service, is that I would give more prominence to the garden, which, at times, seems a bit neglected. Or, above all, I would give more prominence to the fountains, since they're turned off but give the facility its name. Regardless of this small thought, I can say that for the second time, this facility has proven to be excellent. I want to emphasize again (and I hope this sentiment reaches the facility) how kind, exquisite, friendly, and helpful the staff was with everything (and that's not at all a given). Try it and believe it!

We stayed a week at this hotel in Syracuse and had a wonderful time. The property is surrounded by a beautiful park, with a large, convenient parking lot, and is centrally located, close to everything: ideal for exploring the city without a care. Special thanks go to Gianni at the front desk, who welcomed us with extreme warmth and helpfulness. He was thoughtful, kind, and gave us valuable advice on what to see, explaining so many details about the city that made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, we truly felt at home. His professionalism and attention to guests deserve special praise. Highly recommended hotel, both for its location and hospitality. 🌟
