17/06/2025: Today we talk a lot about gourmet cuisine, identifying, with this term, a type of flavor generally characterized by scrupulous research of ingredients that are often unobtainable and bizarre, by unlikely combinations of foods whose main purpose is to amaze, by scientific analyses on the best mineral waters to accompany that or other dishes. And I believed it. But today I have completely revised my position on the subject. The simplicity of the dishes prepared in this place is disarming. The efforts are directed exclusively to the quality of the raw materials, favoring the cleanliness of the dishes confirmed by a perfect preparation, without smudges, where the condiments seem almost absent.. and instead no!! Essential but very tasty sauces, fried foods that you can't explain how they managed to jump from the pan to the plate without retaining a drop of oil, and yet delicious. It cannot be described in words, a meal at Percuoco is an emotion. But if you are still convinced that a cuisine is not gourmet if it is not presented in an eccentric and original way, avoid this place, here you eat seriously. And the service? A courtesy from another time, true, accompanied by smiles that soften every course, every request. So what?

13/06/2025: Trattoria a few steps from the Castle. Found on the web, and chosen for the positive reviews.
It deserves 5 stars ... and even more ... thanks to Sara, the waitress, for her kindness and availability .. discreet presence, but attentive!!! Compliments to Francesco (chef of the place) for the dishes with real flavors and for the choice of raw materials .... quality !!!
And thanks also to the sous chef.
