Ristorante Eden In Baveno

As always, we had a good time! Thanks to everyone, a certainty.

Great Penne ragu, great green salad with carrots (add oil & vinegar yourself), terrible bread....cover charge!

We had a day stay in Hotel Eden. Hotel had a very nice view from the rooms directly of lake infront. Location is easy to reach and has a free parking available nearby, on twi minutes walk. Room was very small yet clean and had the basic essentials. Room had an air conditioner but we had to ask for the remote from the reception and also the air conditioner was automatically turned off in middle of night. around at 3am. It seemed that it was powdered off from somewhere as we couldn't turn it back on using the remote or by power button on the air conditioner. Breakfast view was beautiful, right at the lake. Breakfast was basic but had fresh omlette. Staff was very polite, helpful and friendly.

Nous nous sommes régalés avec des plats succulents et avec une vue magnifique. Le service est impeccable. Loin d’être un restaurant à touristes, je recommande cet établissement.

Visited the beautiful and peaceful Baveno on a trip from Stresa (well worth the bus ride) and chose this restaurant at random and so very glad we did. The food was excellent - sea bream ravioli, wow! - very reasonably priced, and we were sat on the edge of the Lake. What was really outstanding though was the quality of the service, very friendly, affable and helpful. Both the town and the restaurant are highly recommended!

We ate at this restaurant twice during our stay in Baveno. The welcome was always warm, with an effort to speak to us in French. The bolognese pasta dish for our son was very well served for a very reasonable price. All the dishes we tasted were very good (vitello tonnato, sea bass fillet, pork medallion, clam gnocchi, risotto) Remember to book to have a table outside by the lake, the view is splendid.

Wonderful location directly on the shores of Lake Mergozzo. Food and service very good
