Four friends for dinner, we shared the battuta and the umbrina appetizers: generous portions, delicious dishes! Followed by the super-balanced spaghetti with squid ink, mouth-watering agnolotti, sliced veal (melt in your mouth), and risotto, the house special, sublime!

I had lunch trying the risotto al fondo bruno, a specialty of the restaurant, and we really enjoyed it. The risotto was cooked divinely, it was impeccable and really delicious. The other dishes were all very good and cooked very well. The service was also perfect, they never let us miss anything and it was fast enough. The owner and his wife are 2 very kind people, available and it's a pleasure to exchange a few words. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Midweek dinner with friends, always looking for historic restaurants. In Centallo in the lower Piedmont area this place from times gone by. Nothing modern just the scent of ancient times and good food. Warm, almost familiar welcome, happy to see us, well aware that we came from far away. Small entree and immediately the main dish: risotto with brown stock. Unspeakable, unparalleled, just good, good, a caress for the palate. Second a very simple tripe gratinated in the oven. What can I say, these two dishes are already worth the trip. Great wine list and great passion of the owners: the chef and his lady in the dining room. A compliment to them for their tenacity and exquisite hospitality. Well done

Today 03/20/25 I was with my family for dinner, we had two starters, 3 first courses and 3 desserts, an experience truly to be recommended, the waitress was very kind and very attentive, the chef made a presentation explaining the cheeses which really interested us...congratulations!! keep it up genuine and warm thanks!
