MANDATORY STOP! Aug 2024 Courageously taking up the two palms is not a walk in the park... Valerio Reynaudo and Ana Paula Gonçalves with character manage to wink at traditional dishes without any fear but also with an eye to their very technical and above all flavors, not the usual trendy and banal dishes that unfortunately we see more and more often. Everything on the plates, including and above all the "sacrifice" and that's all it takes to go see them. The two palms historic location is in good hands, the young ownership will not regret it and has placed the history of the noble establishment well.
