Last night my sweetheart and I treated ourselves to a dinner for two at this restaurant we know. Naturally, Drof specializes in seafood delicacies, which you absolutely must try with a nice bottle of bubbly. The service and expertly presented shellfish make Drof a real gem. We'll be back soon! Worth a visit!

Second time with my friend Albino and second dose of excitement! Raw ingredients of rare quality and freshness, treated with love and skill by expert and delicate hands. Five stars are not enough for this food atelier, and not least the staff: sensitive, professional, cheerful; attentive but never intrusive—in short, excellent in every way. Heartfelt thanks to all of you for this extraordinary experience, which we will certainly repeat whenever we have the chance.

Well, what can I say? I'm back in my beloved Puglia! Everything was delicious! Compliments to the staff, everything was very attentive to the smallest details! One flaw... I'm sorry to say, but don't order the coffee! 😅

02/01/2026: Fantastic! We were a large group and the waiter Fabio was so lovely and added to the lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing. I had the homemade pasta with lobster and it was the best pasta I have ever had!
