Had a great evening there. Food was amazing, as well as the service. Quite a fair price for the quality and a surprising mix of Tuscan cuisine, rounded of with amazing Asian dishes. Seems that the cook offers only his or her favorites and doesn’t follow any dogmas. In a group of eight everyone found something they wanted and liked. Really super nice.

Coming from Belgium, we tried Dolce e Forte last night on the recommendation of a friend who lives there and who personally took us there, and it was a wonderful discovery. The refined yet simple and accessible cuisine, the appropriate portions, and the chef's specialties won us over. The chef's visit at the end of the service to meet us was also a plus and allowed us to experience his authenticity and passion. We will definitely return to Dolce e Forte and can't recommend it highly enough. We found this restaurant online and were already intrigued by the photos, so we decided to book. It was a wonderful discovery, a real gem. They give you a choice between the Tuscan menu and the chef's menu, which features very unique but delicious dishes. We had tagliolini with truffles, chef's noodles, pigeon with potatoes, and fried lamb. Everything was truly special. Even the desserts were truly delicious—compliments! The woman who served us was very kind, helpful, and above all professional. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this experience!
