A refined restaurant with refined dishes. Warm lighting and a welcoming atmosphere, excellent wines and fresh ingredients, and truly unusual combinations. Definitely worth a try and, in our case, a return visit.

An elegant restaurant, furnished with refined furniture and enhanced by a charming starry ceiling. The refined and inviting atmosphere is complemented by impeccable service: smiling and professional waiters. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. A pleasant experience, with attention to every detail. Very satisfied!

We booked with The Fork. Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

It would be 3.5. I started with an excellent appetizer, a terrine of chicken livers with red fruits, a unique and well-executed combination. The gluten-free bread—obviously frozen—wasn't warmed up properly, however, and wasn't as fragrant as the terrine deserved. The second course was a porchetta-style pork cheek, very tender and flavorful, but not evenly warm, and the cabbage it sat on was very thin to accompany it. The dessert I chose, gluten-free, was a casket of cocoa sponge cake with Chantilly cream. It was very tasty, but inside there was a cream that looked like chocolate but was very sour. I mentioned this to the waiter, who took the dessert to the kitchen to investigate further. He returned without the dessert, reassuring me that the cream in the center was coffee-flavored (??) and fresh that morning. However, the dessert wasn't brought back to the table, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to finish it, while I was still charged the full amount on my bill. I found it rude, to be polite. Despite a few lapses, the dinner was overall not bad, although the dishes came out too quickly (by the time the appetizer was finished, the main course was already out, and the same with dessert).

The restaurant, located in the beautiful historic center of Colle Val d'Elsa, has an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The impeccable and prompt service, the Tuscan dishes reinterpreted in a modern and refined way (but still generous), and the quality wine list make this restaurant a pleasant place to which we will gladly return when we're in the area! P.S.: Excellent value for money (we booked through The Fork and ate the pici, gnudi, wild boar, and tiramisu).

The modern location is very well-kept, but the food isn't great. The fish paccheri were very salty, almost inedible, and the tagliatelle with mushrooms were decent, but there were more mushrooms than tagliatelle. All in all, the quality-price ratio was terrible, as for two first courses, a water, and a glass of wine, we spent €51.

Excellent restaurant with delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options (even a cauliflower steak!) The outdoor seating is delightful, and the service was super friendly.
