We stayed in the Superior Room for 8 nights the week of August. Overall the structure is a good holiday solution, given the proximity to the sea, the rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, the cleaning service is good.
Breakfast is decent even if repetitive, same cakes and croissants.
Decent lunch and dinner, albeit with few and repetitive side dishes available. The evening before they ask you to choose between the two alternatives of first and second courses scheduled for the following day. We had to pay the supplement of €9/day for one person due to gluten and lactose intolerance. In the morning the pre-packaged package of dedicated products arrived and it went rather well. However, at lunch and dinner it happened that the waitress (not very polite and courteous) repeatedly got the first courses wrong by bringing normal pasta rather than Gluten Free pasta. When I tried to ask for confirmation of the products used (which can be distinguished with the naked eye given the different colours), not only did he repeatedly respond rudely in the room and in the presence of the other guests but he also pretended to be right. It's a shame that the gluten intolerant person was really ill for several evenings until he was forced into his room and only at the end did the waitress admit that in reality the cooking for the first courses is carried out in the same cooking water as the other first courses on the menu (contaminating in a dangerous way) the meal of those who paid extra for an all-inclusive holiday. In the end, the owner, having taken note of the situation, discounted the No Gluten and No Lactose package for 2 days.
Although included in the contract, I find it exaggerated not to include the bottle of water at the table, but the biggest disappointment was to see the inflation service with compressor of the dinghy for the 2-year-old girl charged on the invoice (2 euros + 10% VAT) on an 8-night all-inclusive holiday in a superior room.
Fake internet connection in every corner of the structure even though they boast of giving you the service even on the beach.
Beach service: sunbeds and umbrella only. No Bar, No rides, a paid shower, no music.

Vasto merita una visita comunque... Se ci aggiungiamo un soggiorno all' hotel Principe, abbiamo deciso di trattarci bene. Una struttura cui non manca nulla ed il valore aggiunto lo fa chi ci lavora. Complimenti. Per noi una bellissima e rilassante vacanza.

Everything perfect, very nice and clean swimming pool, hydromassage tub for 4 people in the same area as the swimming pool, beach services, and well-kept car parking. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Cleanliness at the top...certainly some details, for what you pay, could be improved, but I think it is one of the best accommodation facilities in the area. Highly recommended

3 star hotel but it deserves something more, excellent location, 150 meters from the beach, where your umbrellas are positioned, varied and very good cuisine, fantastic service thanks also to the presence of people (Giammichele / Antonio) who make you feel at home , cleaning carefully carried out, what can I say, I'll be back next year
