We spent 5 days over New Year's Eve 2026. The location is excellent, with a stunning view just steps from the gondola lift that takes you to the slopes. The hotel is beautiful, but there were two things that I'd never experienced before that turned me up. The first was that after paying the (substantial) deposit at the time of booking, about two weeks before departure, I was asked for everything else. The second was finding out at dinner that the appetizer (always the same one) was paid separately. One last note: the spa could be improved.

We had a wonderful time. The welcome was excellent, the facility was welcoming, the rooms comfortable, the pool and sauna excellent. Breakfast was well-organized.
