I was here for the food. The steak and dessert were good. Food was fresh and delicious. Many flavors.

Small but welcoming room. Fairly spacious bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. Very kind staff. Very convenient to the Bernina red train station (200). Possibility of private parking 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We had a good time. The restaurant is good and not too expensive. Advised

One night stay in two rooms, check-in is done at the hotel which is located directly in front of the Tirano station, a very kind girl who accompanied us to the rooms which are located in a separate building 2 minutes from the hotel and next to the main street of the city. Cozy Egypt room, good heating, very nice and particular theming of the room, perhaps an extra eye you have details such as the picture behind the bed with a missing screw so it is supported by the headrest of the bed, or the crooked picture, or the bathroom fan that doesn't work at all, not having a window in the bathroom it would be essential to fix it, kettle available (in both rooms) where there is everything except powdered coffee, comfortable bed. Japan room the second one was very cold I had to call the reception to have me turn on the radiator which they promptly did, very nice style dated television lack of coffee powder here too. Overall we had a good time, good cleanliness. Recommended, I will return if they decide to give a little more importance to the details given that they are classified as "Suites".

Fantastic hotel, perfect location right next to the station, very clean, spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast, with something for everyone. Nice staff, always smiling and willing to help.

The location is excellent: right in the center and above all very close to the station where the Bernina Red Train leaves. Small but welcoming room; however, alas, the room turned out to be quite cold at night.

We stayed 3 nights half board at the Bernina hotel in mid-January to be able to ride the little red train. I booked this hotel via a smartbox that was given to me and I must say that I had fast, clear and exhaustive feedback from the customer reception to find the best booking solution that was right for us. Furthermore, my dog ​​was also very welcome, so they didn't add any supplements (which is absolutely not a given, on the contrary...). Very kind staff both at the reception and in the restaurant service. Abundant breakfast always replenished until the scheduled time. Absolutely excellent location because it is located in the small square of the station (however you cannot hear the noise of the railway transport) which therefore not only has the convenience for the departure of the train but is also close to the center if you want to go for a walk. The floor was similar to linoleum with a wooden design but I still gave 4 stars because we were probably given that one due to the presence of the dog. The bathroom however was tiled. Perfect cleaning. Every evening delicious and abundant dinner. The menu always featured typical dishes such as bresaola, sciatt and pizzoccheri but varied for all the other choices if someone preferred something else (including 1 vegetarian choice). Last but not to be taken for granted: a kettle with tea and various herbal teas available in the room. Advice: book either the parking space or, better yet, the garage (we had booked this). There are no free parking spaces nearby or in any case they have limited parking and the daily cost of the blue lines (assuming that long parking is possible) exceeds that of the garage.
