Ristorante dell'Azienda Agricola Skerk In Duino-aurisina

On the occasion of a village festival, there was the opportunity to visit some cellars of Prepotto. We visited the suggestive cellar of Sandi Skerk, which is dug into the karst rock and is spread over 3 levels. After the tour of the cellar, with a detailed explanation of the winemaking techniques, there was a tasting of the wines accompanied by a platter of excellent local products. The wines are very good and the cellar is worth a visit!

A visit where we were lucky enough to combine an excellent tasting with a cellar dug into the rock. Among the wines tasted, I really appreciated the Malvasia Macerata.
