A welcoming and modern property with all the comforts in the rooms and a small shared kitchen, located approximately 750 meters above sea level on the "Costiera dei Cech" in the municipality of Civo, a hamlet of Serone (SO), in a quiet area surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of the Alps and Valtellina. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The common areas and rooms are extremely clean. The property has a large veranda at the front and back and a restaurant serving excellent traditional Valtellina cuisine using top-quality, locally sourced produce. Highly recommended.

Nice, stopped here because I was hungry and still had an hour's drive home. Very friendly, good food, beautiful view, and more than reasonable prices, thanks.

We stayed here at the beginning of November – the accommodation was actually already closed, but Paolo still gave us a warm welcome, even with our dog. The room was very clean and modernly furnished. There's a small kitchen where you can easily prepare a light snack. Nearby, there's a charming little restaurant where you can eat very well. The view from the accommodation is fantastic – and sunny. There's also a restaurant downstairs in the building that's open on weekends, and breakfast is included. Paolo is a true all-rounder: he produces various products himself, has his own vineyard, and the wine is simply delicious! The breakfast was also very tasty – prepared with great care. We felt completely at home. A great place to stay, especially suitable for families with children and anyone who appreciates peace and quiet and a warm welcome. The owner/manager was extremely kind and helpful ☺️ The property is conveniently located for reaching high-altitude locations, as well as for reaching the cities and towns of Sondrio, and also for enjoying breathtaking views of nature! Simple but pleasant service, comfortable and very welcoming rooms. I highly recommend it.

Spectacular view. Very kind owner. Spotlessly clean room. Breakfast included with local products (jam, honey). You can also buy products on site. It's a shame we couldn't use the restaurant... that weekend, the chef was unfortunately on vacation. We'll definitely be back.

We loved staying at Agriturismo da Ysy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. We even had access to a small shared kitchen for refrigerating our cheeses/snacks, etc. The place is very quiet and and set around large gardens both in front and in back. We really enjoyed afternoons on the veranda overlooking Valtellina. Paolo is a great host with a wonderful place. Highly recommend!
