We had lunch on Sunday after visiting the sanctuary. The fixed menu was €22. Clean atmosphere, efficient staff, and good value for money. Reservations are recommended.

A place that's nothing special. I can't comment on the food, but I can't comment on the bar. I arrived on a weekday morning around 9:30 a.m. and they'd already sold out of pastries, so I settled for a cappuccino and a biscuit.

Recommended by a person who lives in Caravaggio, today, Saturday, it was very crowded. The staff was very fast and efficient, and we didn't have to wait long between courses. All the dishes were generous. The polenta with sausage and mushrooms was excellent. Side dishes were also included, but we didn't eat them because we were full. A complete meal—first course, second course, side dish, drink, and coffee—for €13 per person at lunchtime on weekdays, including Saturdays. In the evenings and on holidays, €22 per person. Excellent, we'll definitely return.

03/01/2026: I don't what to say...Im American, and a Texan...a bit of a beef snob😜 ive traveled all over Europe and gave up trying hamburgers at places. I eat various meals at different price points but sometimes just have a need for a cheeseburger... but gave up trying in Europe in general. But ive come to Max's several times, the service is excellent and the food has always been very good, so I said I will go ahead and try a smash burger on the menu. Omg...sooooooo good!!!!!! You will not be disappointed 😉😘 best cheeseburger in Europe💯
