A highly recommended place to eat in the center of Rome near the Spanish Steps. The food is exquisite (for a tourist area) and the service is exceptional. It's a family restaurant and the food is homemade. They make everything themselves. Very good value. Excellent.

A nice little restaurant in a cozy environment. Delicious, homemade food, generous portions. Kind, attentive, smiling service. We've been here twice, never disappointed.

21/08/2025: My husband and I had accommodation at the Tritone Hotel Rome next door to Gia Roma. Every spare minute we had, we’d pop in for breakfast, coffee, apertivo etc. we were lucky enough to meet Maurizio (owner) and his partner Emanuella (beautiful people). Wait staff Roberto went above and beyond for us. We had dinner in our very own private dining area two nights in a row and the food was amazing and all homemade 👍🏻 10/10 see pics below. My husband and I will definitely be back to visit Maurizio and his team when back in beautiful Roma ☀️
