beachfront hotel. Fair price. The owner is an exquisite person. We spent a weekend in January. There were few guests in the facility. The cleaning of all rooms is well taken care of. Double room of approximately 20m2 well furnished with television, curtain and blackout curtain. The heating is with a heat pump which manages to keep the environment at an ideal temperature. I advise the facility to improve the functioning of the hot water because although we reported the problem immediately, we were unable to take a shower because after 20 minutes of running the water was only lukewarm. The minimal bathroom sink probably to be adequate for the available space. Here too the tap delivered a trickle of water. There is a working hairdryer. From the window of our room there was a splendid sea view. The lobby was unstaffed in the evening hours. The property is located on the seafront and close to the city center. In conclusion I would say that we could return in the summer to see the difference and to try the Romagna cuisine

I went on holiday with a group for Epiphany, everything was perfect, excellent food and plenty of it, we were more than 130 people. Super recommended, I'll be back

It is a very nice hotel with the beach close by, a good position and everything perfect for a vacation

The owner of the hotel is very nice and all the staff is very friendly. Very good location (first coastline). Nice view of the sea. There is parking available for €15 per day. Air conditioning for 10€ per day. Breakfast 10€. Dinner €20 + drinks. The room is not big. The terrace is nice, there is a table, chairs and a tumble dryer. The bathroom is small. The shower cannot be described as comfortable.

Very quiet hotel in the center of Bellaria and facing the sea

A great place for a family holiday with children and animals. The view from the window is amazing, first line, original hotel design, cozy and atmospheric. Great staff, we will definitely come again
