A fabulous experience. Superb fried food delivered directly to the dock and enjoyed on the boat between Portovenere and La Palmaria. Compliments go to Massimo. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent cuisine in the splendid setting of Portovenere. It was a very pleasant surprise: dishes cooked with all the passion possible, thanks to the good food that stands out for its precision and authenticity. From appetizers to desserts, including fried food. The stuffed mussels, a local specialty, were so good that we returned a second time before leaving. Highly recommended. Sincere compliments to Mr. Massimiliano.

I tried this restaurant based on Google ratings and I am glad I did. I arrived at opening at noon, but soon after, the place was filled with two large tour groups, and I began to be doubtful about the quality of the restaurant, because those that typically host tour groups tend to be better for quantity, rather than quality. Being allergic to shellfish, I ordered the pansotti (a triangular ravioli), stuffed with spinach and ricotta topped with a walnut sauce, which turned out to be very flavourful and a delight to eat. It was served on a plate that looked like a mussel shell! I also ordered battered fried vegetables as a side, and it was the best fried vegetables I had in the Cinque Terre, and rivals vegetable tempura in Japan. The service was functional, which was to be expected, with large groups to handle, but always polite. I would recommend this restaurant for its flavourful and reasonably-priced food, as well as its setting along a quieter stretch of the waterfront.

Magnificent restaurant. Both for the location and the food. Recommended by Lonely Planet for seafood. The gentleman serving us was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it! (Very good fried food.)

Possibly the most viable option in town. Ok food and ok prices. Considering the competition.

We showed up very late for lunch and they welcomed us without any problems. Our two little girls needed to eat and be changed, which took a bit of time, but they waited on us and made us feel very welcome. Top service and truly excellent food! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed this place, not far from the center of Porto Venere. The grilled calamari and the truly special stuffed mussels 🥰. Highly recommended.

We dined at this restaurant last night and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is elegant and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing evening by the sea. The service was friendly and quick, without being intrusive. The dishes were excellent: the trofie with shrimp and truffle were delicious, as were the stuffed anchovies and the mussels marinara. The fried fish was light and crispy. Excellent value for money (about €35 per person). Highly recommended!
