The restaurant is upscale and everything was delicious. Definitely the best hotel restaurant I've been to recently.

The atmosphere was beautiful and meticulously maintained, the restaurant excellent, and the staff friendly from start to finish. The welcome at reception was excellent, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the young lady who greeted us.

Beautiful space, genuinely impressive interior design, and a surprisingly excellent fresh pineapple for dessert. Credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, the rest fell short of what a “top class” restaurant should deliver. On the phone I was told dogs were not allowed, except for one under 3kg, which was oddly specific and hard to justify in a space that would otherwise be perfectly suited to a calm, well-behaved dog. Service was slow throughout. Bread arrived very late, well after it should have been on the table, and overall pacing felt inattentive rather than relaxed. As a vegan, the experience was disappointing. Options were extremely limited and, more importantly, there was no real effort or proactivity from the staff to suggest adaptations or alternatives. I genuinely left hungry, which should never happen at this price point. A small highlight was spotting Giovanni Malagò at a nearby table, which added a bit of atmosphere. In short. Stunning design and one memorable dessert, but inconsistent service and a lack of flexibility or care for dietary needs make it hard to recommend.

Super place, for quality and professionalism given by years of experience in the old Ospitale... it deserves 5 stars, but the only criticism and advice is the acoustics of the place which definitely needs to be reviewed and corrected.

Best recommend this hotel in Cortina d’ Ampezzo. Nice view, good accommodations, very helpful staff. I forgot my sunglasses during my stay at the hotel and I try to contact the hotel in several times but unfortunately that hotel will be closed on the next day. At first time they seem didn’t find my sunglasses but next 7 days, they informed me that they have found it and sent back to me from Italy to Thailand. Thank you very much. That’s really change my opinion about the hotel in Italy.

This place now holds a very special place in our hearts. My now wife and I chose the Dolomites as our wedding elopement location and Dolomití Lodge couldn't have been better hosts. Veronica and the rest of the team up front were so warm and friendly and we felt at ease and comfortable right when we walked in. We chose a junior suite and we loved the open space and the in-room sauna. The mountain views you get from your room are unbelievable. The amenities are really great including a nice, quiet gym, a beautiful pool and relaxation room with spectacular views and a wonderful spa. The restaurant is top notch! They really take care of their guests at breakfast with a lot of great options and excellent service. The dinner menu is fantastic and there are plenty of really good wine options. We particularly loved the gnocchi, green spaetzle and the strudel. Special shoutout to Guilia for taking really good care of us throughout our stay. Overall, this is just a really lovely place and we were so happy that we chose to stay here for this special time in our lives. We cant wait to come back!

A pleasant and comfortable hotel, modern without being caricatured. A good choice.

They’re doing an amazing job at Lodge Alvera! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff is super kind and helpful. We stayed on BB and the breakfast is amazing but we also opted to dining in house for our dinners and it was a great choice. The a-la-carte food is divine! 100% recommend the deer steak, wagyu burgers, Porcini Tagliatelle and beetroot ravioli (a local special) ☺️

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and the rooms with the views are amazing. The food is also great and we really enjoyed the spa and pool area. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our trip to the Dolomites.
