Today we had lunch in this restaurant and once again we had confirmation of the goodness of the food, the excellent service and the friendliness of the staff. Well done, keep it up. I recommend it and see you next time to try other dishes.

Ristorante Consorzio

15/01/2025: A lot of research into the raw materials and some excellent dishes (beef marrow with cod above all) but others a little unbalanced. The service appears very ambitious and attentive to customer care but the staff then lacks total attention. For the (high) price you pay, a little more concentration is needed. However, positive experience.
11/01/2025: Some friends who are lovers of good eating and drinking gave us a tasting with a pairing and today we ventured to the Consortium. Excellent service, joy of the palate fully solicited, superlative wines. All we have to say is: go there and enjoy!
