Cena ottima, cibo di qualità e servizio impeccabile, nota di merito al cameriere giovane e allo chef.
Ci dispiace per l’episodio finale dove lo chef è stato ingiustamente insultato da un tavolo vicino al nostro, tengo a precisare e ribadire che il servizio è stato ottimo e puntuale.
Torneremo sicuramente, complimenti!

Restaurant that maintains the tradition of the premises being in the historic center, but when you sit down and taste the dishes you find the essence and mastery of the young chef who works the food with passion and great experience. The meats are excellent, the first courses, the Piedmontese fried food and the desserts, all very good on the palate and presented with great care. The dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Piedmontese mixed fried food: hot and crunchy as it should be.
I chose the savory first then sweet option, which was pleasant nonetheless.
The final desserts are also excellent.
Tip: skip the appetizers and get the fried food straight away.

Davvero una scoperta superlativa. Cucina semplice che rispetta le tradizioni del nostro territorio, eccellenti etichette di vini. Il giovane chef è un talento molto preparato ed attento alla clientela.

Very nice experience, very nice discoveries, in a magnificent building. Tasting menus depending on your desires, land, sea, champions... The service was incredible, we didn't speak a word of Italian and the staff made the effort to speak to us in French or English. We were treated to an assortment of local digestives. To quote the Michelin “worth the detour”

It deserves five stars for everything. I went to this restaurant with friends and everything was perfect. Excellent food, both for the palate and for the view, well-stocked wine list, fast, courteous, friendly and professional service. The prices are more than adequate. I will definitely return! Super recommended
