It was a very successful evening! The food was excellent, the ingredients come from the region and each dish is explained by the chef (di Stefano). Stefano's spirit can be found not only in the selection of ingredients but also in the language of the plate. It is a delight for the eye and the taste buds. I would like to give it 6 stars!
The restaurant is an absolute insider tip as usually only guests from the surrounding towns come by.
The value of the food is significantly higher than that stated in the invoice.

Passing through Pavarolo, we stopped for lunch in this restaurant, welcomed impeccably and immersed in silence. Excellent dishes, we had courtesan style eggs and fried porcini mushrooms, accompanied by a basket of bread and really good breadsticks! There is clearly a great passion and preparation both in the service and in the kitchen. Absolutely recommended, we will be back

Sono stata con con amici è stata una bellissima esperienza . Ottima cucina piatti ben presentati o assaggiato l’uovo cotto a bassa temperatura con fonduta e gnocchi di patate viola su una crema , spettacolari .tutti i piatti , sempre preparati con cura e buonissimi .Vale la pena fare una gita per provare questo ristorante , ci tornerò sicuramente

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine restaurant. Sunday lunch. Service a little slow, perhaps the kitchen was a little busy.
