We had a private celebration and the chef and staff did everything to ensure that it was special. Beautiful Piedmontese food with a customized menu directly from the chef, delicious wine and kind service. if we can rate higher than five stars, we will. Highly highly recommended

If you stay at the castle hotel, you can't miss dinner at its restaurant. Excellent, carefully prepared dishes, helpful and friendly staff, and a refined atmosphere.

We went for lunch. I ordered the porcini menu. The egg with mushrooms was fabulous, as were the tagliolini with mushrooms and the fried mushrooms. My wife had a very light fritto misto and two desserts with zabaglione and pear meringue, both remarkable. We must return.

A true hidden gem in Turin! My wife and I had the degustation menu with fried porcini, and it’s been a long time since we’ve eaten something this good. Every dish was exceptional — especially the antipasti tartares, which were simply amazing. Thank you to the chef for such a wonderful dining experience!

What an exceptional dining experience! Every dish was a sensory journey, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Already the first appetizer Le Crude del Castello left us speechless with both looks and perfectly balanced tastes, and the fried porcini mushrooms were just perfect - crisp, not greasy, with great texture inside.
We continued with chestnut gnocchi and beef guancia, then finished with degustation desserts that were the perfect finale to an extraordinary meal. Portions were generous, and everything was thoughtfully divided into two plates so my husband and I could share easily.
Excellent wines by the glass, friendly staff, and true compliments to the chef for the passion and creativity that shine in every dish - it was a pleasure to meet and speak with you personally, too.
A true hidden gem, and my only regret is discovering it on our last evening in the area. Highly recommended to anyone with a passion for cuisine - a place absolutely worth returning to, even if only to dine here again!
