It's one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Mamma Angelica is such by name and by nature. Her dishes, in fact, "speak with angels." She combines tradition with the creativity of culinary art. Her tagliatelle with nettles and her desserts are sublime, but there's no dish that doesn't tantalize the palate. Even the salad has an extraordinary, authentic flavor. Her husband, Antonio, is the soul of this place. He masterfully grills meats, is always smiling, and attentive to the customer's needs. Immensely kind! Andrea and his twin brother are the children of this lovely couple. They tend the bar and serve in the dining room. Two charming characters, of rare politeness and sweetness. Natural heirs of a business that represents the fine cuisine and fine wines of the Marche region. A welcoming atmosphere that puts guests at ease, making them feel at home: pampered and loved in a warm and welcoming environment, just like the heart of these wonderful restaurateurs.

For 25 years now, I've been returning to this restaurant every August with immense pleasure. And I think this fact speaks for itself. Regarding the food, I can only confirm all the positive things that have already been written: quality, flavor, and tradition come together in every dish, making the experience always memorable. But what makes this place truly special goes beyond the kitchen, which is managed by Angelica with the professionalism and passion of a Michelin-starred chef. My heartfelt thanks to Antonio and Andrea, who, with their courtesy and calm, manage to convey a rare sense of serenity. You don't come to this restaurant just to eat well, but to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility that regenerates the spirit. A place that, if I could, I would recommend as therapy to anyone.

Slow food at its best! We were given an extremely warm welcome with our children and dog! From the antipasti to the first courses and second courses, everything tasted wonderful. The house olives and the chef's pasta are particularly noteworthy! The entire family and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming without being intrusive!

My girlfriend and I had such a great time that we returned a second time during our stay in Monte San Martino. Their friendliness, kindness, and affability are just some of the things that set them apart, in addition to the excellent food, of course. The juniper tagliatelle and the maltagliati are highly recommended. The meat on the main course is truly exceptional. The lasagna all'angelica, cooked just beforehand, is truly unique. I've never had a better lasagna. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go there again. Andrea, Antonio, and Angelica are wonderful people who make you feel at home from the moment you set foot in the restaurant.
