It's one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Mamma Angelica is such by name and by nature. Her dishes, in fact, "speak with angels." She combines tradition with the creativity of culinary art. Her tagliatelle with nettles and her desserts are sublime, but there's no dish that doesn't tantalize the palate. Even the salad has an extraordinary, authentic flavor. Her husband, Antonio, is the soul of this place. He masterfully grills meats, is always smiling, and attentive to the customer's needs. Immensely kind! Andrea and his twin brother are the children of this lovely couple. They tend the bar and serve in the dining room. Two charming characters, of rare politeness and sweetness. Natural heirs of a business that represents the fine cuisine and fine wines of the Marche region. A welcoming atmosphere that puts guests at ease, making them feel at home: pampered and loved in a warm and welcoming environment, just like the heart of these wonderful restaurateurs.
