We went to this quaint place for breakfast. We were literally captivated by Andrea and his stories, his mother's special desserts and the home-made cantucci. We will definitely return in good weather to experience lunch. Great discovery

I can't say enough good things about it, we ended up here by chance, the restaurant is located in the center of Monte San Martino, a very beautiful village. Spacious and bright rooms, carefully furnished, perhaps a little dated in style but service and food are of the highest level. The restaurant is family-run, the lady is in the kitchen and in the dining room there are father and son, with a kindness and professionalism that is now rare. As an appetizer we took the Ascoli olives, you could clearly see that they were handmade, very good, then we took the Campofilone maccheroncini in two variations, generous portions and delicious. Spinach side dish, not the frozen kind but very fresh. To finish, trifle which reminded me of the ones my aunt and grandmother made, plentiful, we ate it between two, excellent. Two glasses of wine and we were offered sweet wine with dessert. Total bill 66 euros, 33 euros each, everything was there! In conclusion I would recommend it, I will definitely return.

If it had been a trattoria the evaluation would certainly have been different but from a restaurant like that with that name and above all those prices you expect the best. On Sunday, despite having booked and like us, many other people told us that the grill had not been turned on so we could only choose between two second courses, baked lamb and roast beef fillet; the cappelletti in broth were not available because you had to reserve them. The maccheroncini with porcini mushrooms with a few mushrooms (5/6 slices) without flavor with a whitish sauce probably cream, I asked for parmesan so I managed to eat two forkfuls of (macaroni in white). 3 small pieces of lamb at a cost of 23 euros. Then when they brought us the desserts, a tiramisu and a trifle, we looked at each other because we didn't know which was which and which was which; a cocoa biscuit with sweetened cream sprinkled with cocoa on top and pavesini with a pouring of cocoa cream on the other, not bad, but far from what we asked for. There were 4 of us, we took 2 complete menus plus 2 second courses, 1 common bottle of wine and we spent 228 euros

When I'm passing through returning from a tour in the mountains and I want to "feel" the taste of food again, this is where I come. The hosts welcome you with a cordiality that calms the soul. We spent two weeks in Monte San Martino and visited the bar often! We ate in the restaurant three times and we were very satisfied! The food was excellent and the service too! We'll be back! Thank you very much Family Priori!😍

Adresse incontournable pour les amateurs d’authenticité. Produits frais et de qualité préparé par Angelica. (Pasta Angelica primo a conseiller) L’agneau et la tagliata de veau cuits au feu de bois sont un véritable délice. (Accompagné d’un rouge (il Griffone) ;) Accueil chaleureux et petite dégustation de frittata à la truffe en apéro pour terminé avec un des dessert (tous fait maison également)

A Monte San Martino il ristorante Priori da anni è sicuramente una risorsa, insieme al Crivelli, per il paese stesso. Arrivano turisti dalla vallata del Tenna, dell'Aso da altri paesi delle Marche ed oltre. Dalla Piazza scendendo lungo la scala si arriva all'ingresso. La sala si presenta ordinata, pulita, decorosa. Il personale ineccepibile è la famiglia Priori, il padre Antonio, il figlio Andrea ed in cucina la cuoca la mamma Angelica. Ci fanno accomodare, i tavoli ricoperti da tovagliato ancora fresco dalla lavanderia leggermente profumato. I primi piatti in due serate risotto ai mirtilli, deliziosi seconda serata pasta alle ortiche (specialità della casa) e fettuccine alla rucola amalgamata con un po' di salsiccia, sublime. I secondi piatti prima sera l'agnello scottadito superbo sia per la cottura che per il sapore, la seconda sera tagliata di vitello ( filetto) bravo Antonio forse il migliore che abbiamo mangiato, è vero si scioglie in bocca.. La carne prima di essere messa al fuoco appena acceso, con ottima legna, viene presentata sul tavolo, quando mai succede negli altri ristoranti che abbiamo frequentato ! Il motore del Priori è Angelica, bravissima cuoca, instancabile. Ti fa visitare anche la cucina non ha nulla da nascondere. La sua forza è la fantasia che mette nelle ricette inventandone di continuo..... Brava Angelica!!!! Noi ci ritorniamo, chi ama la qualità è il posto giusto, dove il rapporto qualità prezzo è ben rispettato.
