Fixed-price menu. Excellent appetizers, including a wonderful vitello tonnato. Delicious pumpkin and vin santo risotto. Delicate roast beef ravioli. A well-executed braised meat. Quick service despite the restaurant being full and two graduation ceremonies at nearby tables.

We've been there with family a few times, and the food and service were excellent. The Sunday set menu was absolutely delicious, the wine list was interesting, and the prices were very reasonable. The last time, however, in July, we were gasping for air conditioning and adequate ventilation. It's a shame, because otherwise, as I said, their cuisine is a pleasure to try.

After numerous visits to this restaurant, I can only highly recommend it. The cuisine faithfully follows Piedmontese tradition, often reinterpreted with a modern twist by the chef with great skill. The service is attentive and precise, while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere typical of a family-run business that characterizes the restaurant.
The wine and craft beer pairings are particularly noteworthy, with the knowledgeable staff professionally recommending them to complement each dish. Don't miss the porcini mushroom-themed dinners held in September and October: it's a unique experience, made even more special by the fact that the mushrooms are harvested directly by the family.
The quality and selection of ingredients are excellent. The value for money is more than fair, considering the level of culinary offerings.
To complete the experience, the magnificent panoramic view of the city of Turin pleasantly accompanies the entire dinner, making it truly memorable.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time it would be a real shame not to! Especially considering I've been to Ristorante dei Cacciatori several times in the past, and this time, too, the experience was excellent.
The atmosphere is a blend of homey and elegant, where a warm atmosphere meets attention to detail. In the kitchen, Davide transforms Piedmontese tradition into superb cuisine, using ingredients of unquestionable quality. These dishes are perfectly paired with a wine pairing suggested by Emanuel, a student sommelier. All this, surrounded by a splendid view of Turin...
I must also commend Ezio and Emilia for the passion and experience with which they support and guide both Davide and Emanuel, perpetuating and maintaining what I would call a mark of excellence in our region.
At this point, I can't add anything else other than my sincerest compliments to Ristorante dei Cacciatori and my invitation to try this almost Michelin-starred experience for yourselves!
