A welcoming place. Reminiscent of a classic mountain restaurant. Pleasant and punctual service. Service times are a bit long. Nothing to complain about the quality and quantity of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

After numerous visits to this restaurant, I can only highly recommend it. The cuisine faithfully follows Piedmontese tradition, often reinterpreted with a modern twist by the chef with great skill. The service is attentive and precise, while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere typical of a family-run business that characterizes the restaurant. The wine and craft beer pairings are particularly noteworthy, with the knowledgeable staff professionally recommending them to complement each dish. Don't miss the porcini mushroom-themed dinners held in September and October: it's a unique experience, made even more special by the fact that the mushrooms are harvested directly by the family. The quality and selection of ingredients are excellent. The value for money is more than fair, considering the level of culinary offerings. To complete the experience, the magnificent panoramic view of the city of Turin pleasantly accompanies the entire dinner, making it truly memorable.

The food quality is very high. There's a wide selection of wines from the cellar. The location is beautiful and tidy, and the view is a real plus. The staff is attentive and punctual. The owners are helpful and attentive to their guests' needs. I highly recommend it for a family lunch and/or if you want to experience authentic Piedmontese cuisine.

Typical Piedmontese cuisine, excellent product quality, always helpful staff, and reasonable value. We'll be back. Excellent tagliata, a trio of good appetizers, good duck breast, excellent plin pasta, all washed down with a good Barbera.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time it would be a real shame not to! Especially considering I've been to Ristorante dei Cacciatori several times in the past, and this time, too, the experience was excellent. The atmosphere is a blend of homey and elegant, where a warm atmosphere meets attention to detail. In the kitchen, Davide transforms Piedmontese tradition into superb cuisine, using ingredients of unquestionable quality. These dishes are perfectly paired with a wine pairing suggested by Emanuel, a student sommelier. All this, surrounded by a splendid view of Turin... I must also commend Ezio and Emilia for the passion and experience with which they support and guide both Davide and Emanuel, perpetuating and maintaining what I would call a mark of excellence in our region. At this point, I can't add anything else other than my sincerest compliments to Ristorante dei Cacciatori and my invitation to try this almost Michelin-starred experience for yourselves!

A well-organized restaurant with a breathtaking view of Turin. Recommended for savoring traditional Piedmontese dishes and other pleasant surprises. Excellent service, with knowledgeable waiters who also assisted us with our wine selection. That evening, there was also an off-menu item, which I'm attaching because it was simply sensational. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon!

On our wanderings through the small towns of Piedmont, we stumbled upon this restaurant, which turned out to be a little gem. As soon as we entered, we immediately sensed the convivial atmosphere typical of those who run their business with love. We were warmly welcomed and seated in the dining room, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of all of Turin. The menu offers a decent variety, with a focus on Piedmontese tradition, but also some welcome modern interpretations. There's also a wide selection of both wines and high-quality craft beers. The service was impeccable: friendly and professional, never intrusive. Wait times were perfectly in line with expectations. From the first bites, you can sense the quality of the product offered, an excellent selection of raw materials expertly handled in the kitchen. I absolutely recommend trying the Fassona beef tartare, it's amazing. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience and we will definitely be back.

09/03/2025: Nice place with tables inside and outside, the inside is very small, there are a maximum of 4 tables so it's best to book. Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, fast service. Good quality/price.

Hotel Ristorante Taverna Verde

30/08/2025: We had a delightful evening. The restaurant is located just steps from Lake Piverone and is one of the restaurants of the Tradizione Canavesana, an association of restaurateurs who celebrate the region and the unique characteristics of the Canavese area. I was immediately struck by the round tables and especially by the unique and characteristic arrangement of the chairs, which already demonstrates an attention to hospitality and detail. The menu is in line with tradition, with a few ingredients that make the dishes a little more "cool." There were eight of us and we ate a bit of everything (much to the delight of the kitchen). I preferred to try the specialty conegone, the river fish from Lake Viverone. I had it as an appetizer in carpione (pickled with onions, sage, and vegetables, a typical Piedmontese dish) and then as a main course I had it with fried perch with skirts. The perch was very, very good. Other diners enjoyed the Fassone battutala with tempura zucchini flowers, and the turmeric gnocchi with mint and sopek. We also had no qualms about the price: stuffed peaches (good), a portion of zabaglione (really well presented and a lot of it), apple puff pastry with cream and galato (very good and similar to tarte tatin), and even the nougat and raspberry semifreddo. It was a very pleasant evening. The food lived up to expectations. The portions were also adequate; the only thing that could perhaps be improved was the speed, as we waited a bit long (also because we ordered a thousand different things). Good value for money. We'll be back. PS: There are no mosquitoes, and above all, it's wonderful to be inside, even in the summer.
