I had dinner here and the atmosphere was truly relaxing, perfect for savoring every dish. 🍽️ The appetizers were tasty and plentiful. The tagliolini with artichokes were exceptional, a perfect balance. 🍝 The service was impeccable: friendly and attentive. The desserts? A wonderful surprise! 🍰 I'll be back! ✨

Every now and then it's nice to come back to taste excellent dishes, especially the Piedmontese mixed fried food, then as the icing on the cake at the end, the freshly made zabaglione is phenomenal.

A typical Piedmontese trattoria half an hour from the center of Turin. Excellent value for money. The food is good and the portions are generous.

Mixed experience, I wanted to introduce some dear friends to Piedmontese food, and they recommended this place to us.
We were satisfied with the appetizers, even though the portions were tiny. We ordered two cold mixed appetizers, two cold mixed appetizers, and two cold hot appetizers, thinking we could share them so everyone could try a little bit of everything. We ended up having to split a slice of salami in two because the mixed appetizer literally had one slice of everything. Everything was nice, but for €16, I thought they'd get at least two slices of veal with tuna sauce, or at least that...
Then we had a mix of main courses; the mixed roasts with polenta and potatoes were good, and finally we had the mixed fried food. I think it was the worst mixed fried food I've ever had. It was greasy like few others, the paper was dripping with oil, and the plate was 3/4 of the desserts and 2 slices of the savory dish. I couldn't eat the zucchini because it was so full of oil.
The only positive note was the zabaglione, nothing to complain about. We We were truly satisfied, and the chef was exquisite. Well done again.
When it came to the bill, we had to correct the head waiter because they were inadvertently charging us an extra €50 for uneaten dishes. But given the number of people who come every day, I don't blame them. Always check your bill to be sure.
I don't think I'll be back for the main courses, sorry. Maybe the first courses and dessert might be worth it. However, I'll avoid it for now. I was genuinely disappointed because a longtime customer who came almost every year for special occasions had told me about it.

PROS
An intimate and warm restaurant, entirely paneled in wood.
Excellent spaghetti, Piedmontese-style fritto misto accompanied by brains, and mixed meats.
The baked pears were very delicious.
The waiter was very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.
We devoured everything.
CONS
They seated us facing the door leading outside, so I was happy to finish and leave because of the cold.
The Parmigiano Reggiano was so dry that I couldn't taste it.
The agnolotti were undoubtedly homemade, but the dough was too hard and consistent.
They no longer make tiramisu with whole ladyfinger biscuits and coffee.
When we left, the restaurant was sold out, so my opinion may not be authoritative.
