I visited this restaurant with my husband and son, and I must say we were all three very satisfied in every way. The atmosphere was refined and pleasant, the service attentive and present, but not intrusive, and the dishes were truly well-prepared and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, which you wouldn't expect in a place like this. The Colosseum risotto is a must-try, an incredible harmony of so many different flavors.

Interesting cuisine with some noteworthy highlights: especially the risotto with saffron zabaglione, charcoal powder, pork cheek reduction, truffle, and pecorino cheese drops. Distinctive and balanced flavors. The meats and desserts are also good. Friendly and honest service; we appreciated Andrea's advice on which dishes to choose and how long to wait.
