It is not immediately clear that the restaurant is located inside the hotel, but it offers a large room with many tables and a large bar area. The dishes are tasty and garnished with care. You can taste traditional Roman cuisine or a little more refined cuisine such as paccheri with cheese and pepper cream mixed with broccoli and crispy bacon or tonnarelli with white meat ragù. The service is well looked after, the saucer on which they place a small sandwich which they bring back when it finishes is admirable. The price is in the Roman average, but attractive with the discount of well-known discount apps.

A pleasant surprise close to home. generous portions, good raw materials and well-presented dishes. 5 well-deserved stars for the food, only 2 notes: the service was a little cold and the room was not really adequate for a 4-star hotel (one chair had broken upholstery and the windows were dirty). With the fork discount excellent value for money, without the discount it would be in a medium-high range but justified by the quality.

I often have dinner in this restaurant, I have breakfast and sometimes lunch even being in the hotel where I stay at least two weeks a month for work. Staff always courteous and professional. Good food in various choices. Nahid often welcomes me and follows me, always smiling and courteous, attentive to needs and quick. I have to say that many characteristics are common among all the staff however. I recommend it.
