Ristorante De Gustibus In Roma

I often have dinner in this restaurant, I have breakfast and sometimes lunch even being in the hotel where I stay at least two weeks a month for work. Staff always courteous and professional. Good food in various choices. Nahid often welcomes me and follows me, always smiling and courteous, attentive to needs and quick. I have to say that many characteristics are common among all the staff however. I recommend it.

Excellent restaurant and very attentive and courteous wait staff. While staying at the Mercure we tested it for both lunch and dinner, also ordering traditional Roman dishes, very good cacio e pepe and carbonara. Eliana deserves a special mention: always kind, helpful and professional.

When we arrived at the restaurant there was an excellent welcome cocktail, prosecco and rustici. We were then positioned, and the table was presented very well. As we sat down, the appetizers were immediately brought to us, very fresh salmon with salad and seafood salad. Next we had 2 first courses, paccheri with clams mussels and tomatoes and tomato fisherman rice. Meanwhile the children were entertained by the entertainment. The service in the room is always present and friendly for any request. An excellent fried calamari and prawns, and then concluded with the cake for our 50th wedding anniversary. I can only say that today there are very few restaurants with such service and quality of dishes. The location was also very elegant. I thank all the staff for this wonderful 50th that they put me through.

Great experience for a 50th. Impeccable service always present and professional. The cuisine is of excellent quality. The atmosphere is refined. Overall I therefore consider it an excellent restaurant in all respects. Among other things, there was also animation of no small importance.
