A platter of cured meats, pappardelle with Cinta Senese sauce, tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms, water, dessert, and two coffees for €79 (the pici with garlic sauce was €16... oh well). Small portions and nothing special to justify the price, very friendly service, but everything was definitely overpriced. Not to mention the dessert was €10 (never seen such a high price), small and nothing special. 1 liter of water €4 coffee €3 cover charge €4 per person (yellow paper tablecloth) I don't think we'll be back.

The staff were very kind and professional. They recommended a good wine that paired well with the white truffle. I asked for a surprise cake and they were happy with it. I recommend it. Thank you.

Not a positive experience, good food, rather high prices, but one thing I really didn't like was the €4 cover charge per person, especially considering the tablecloth was paper, as were the napkins! Excessive!

I was a bit disappointed, both by the exorbitant prices and the small portions. They put me in a small room that used to be a wine and clothing store, which isn't exactly the best place for a dinner. This is my humble opinion.

We had lunch here using a Smartbox gift. We were skeptical given the typical treatment offered with these types of offers, but we were pleasantly surprised by everything: the professionalism of the service, the quality of the food, and last but not least, the beauty and tranquility of the place.

13/03/2026: Too high expectations = a little disappointed... They had changed a starter without telling us, instead of a mascarpone cream with licorice & lemongrass they served artichoke alla giudea with mayonnaise 🤷‍♀️ The pasta that was a speciality for the evening sounded so good when he explained it turned out to be a regular tomato sauce with a local garlic, well...
09/03/2026: The food is good, and the staff is knowledgeable about both ingredients and wines. The place isn't accessible and feels a bit claustrophobic. Furthermore, the menu doesn't offer a wide variety of first or second courses. There's no Tuscan Chianina Florentine steak, only the Piedmontese one. Even the most traditional dishes are prepared with the addition of more modern ingredients and methods that distort the character of the dishes. Definitely not a typical osteria. Perhaps more of a tourist restaurant, with high prices. It's a shame. There aren't many other options in the area, so the choice perhaps seems a bit forced... I don't think I'll return.

08/12/2025: A restaurant in the center of Siena, where we decided to have lunch during our stay. The place is quite well-kept, though it's a shame about some of the seating options (a small makeshift counter/large table shared with strangers) aren't very comfortable. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly, and we had a wonderful meal!
08/12/2025: Beautiful place. Exceptional lampredotto sandwich. Generous portions and very fair prices. Seats are a bit uncomfortable, but worth it.
