When in Milan you happen to want to have more than one experience.
The chef continues to innovate beyond his wonderful dishes, you always find something new to taste. Despite the very high quality and the Stellato style, the relationship with the price does not make it a once in a lifetime place, so much so that I have made it my "ristoplace" for pleasure and for work.

Place of memories...now an excellent restaurant, attentive, empathetic and professional staff. What can I say about the food... all good, pleasant and light... and it's not always obvious. So a 👏 to the entire kitchen! Today 12/20/24, compared to my first review a couple of years ago, usual courtesy, but dishes arrived lukewarm/cold, like the espresso ☕️ coffees. No wholemeal bread instead of the excellent puffed bread for those who like it, or lots of white crumb in a piece of non-crunchy focaccia... too bad! For the rest of the dishes, however, well. Until next time.

After having been twice and having had the pleasure of trying the five-course "Giovani Forchette" menu in this restaurant I can finally leave our thoughts. We spent €62.50 each, including cover charge, water and coffee, which is amply justified by the quality offered. One of the most fascinating aspects was being able to dine at the counter, observing the staff at work in perfect harmony under Daniel's attentive and charismatic guidance. It is a real spectacle to see how each member of the brigade collaborates with precision and dedication, transforming the kitchen into a theater where every gesture is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
The food, then, is extraordinary: the flavors offered play on well-studied contrasts, creating a perfect balance between diversity and cohesion. Each dish tells a story, offering a unique sensory experience. The lemon risotto with roast gravy was an absolute masterpiece, probably the best risotto I have ever tasted, thanks to the combination of freshness and depth of flavours. Even the pumpkin in three types surprised me with the elegance and creativity with which a simple ingredient was enhanced in such a refined way.
Overall, this restaurant is not just a place to eat, but an experience that involves all the senses, including haute cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. Worth every penny spent.

The restaurant is undoubtedly a great choice in Milan. The professionalism and kindness of the staff make the experience even more pleasant. The food is exquisite, with dishes with attention to detail and flavors that surprise. I will definitely be back to enjoy these delights again! Highly recommended.

I went to dinner at this restaurant choosing the "young forks" formula for those under 40, at the chef's table. I was nothing short of entranced, in every respect. An experience that I would recommend to anyone!
