Excellent food, excellent service... if not the surprise on the bill.
We were waiting for other diners before leaving with the "young forks" menu and we were asked if while waiting (through no fault of our own) we wanted a glass of bubbles.
Result: €18 per person for a glass on the final bill! Totally exaggerated and out of context

Ambiente accogliente, curato e tranquillo. Provati diversi piatti e diversi vini. Il più interessante è senz'altro il risotto, in carta dal 2013. Il resto è abbastanza buono e ben realizzato, ma nel complesso non si coglie la potenzialità per un riconoscimento stellato.

Restaurant recommended by the Michelen Guide and I understand why. I took advantage of the wonderful initiative of going and trying their 5-course tasting menu of the chef's choice with a decidedly competitive price for the under 40s, at the Chef's Table. The experience began with an aperitif of squid ink bonbons, white polenta, creamed cod and foie gras chips accompanied by a glass of prosecco. As an appetizer they served us a scallop marinated in an oriental sauce, quince and wakame seaweed, very delicate but thanks to the coral in the scallop it tied everything together with an interesting flavour. In the first, the chef wanted us to know a classic of his origins, a creamed risotto with amarone, with amarone sauce and radicchio in two consistencies. the second was like going back to grandmother's lunches who wanted you to eat some meat with those wonderful vegetables seasoned in her reduction, in fact I tried the cockerel stuffed with her meat and seasonal vegetables. Finally we have dessert; a cream puff with Chantilly cream, hay ice cream and hot honey and a sensational small pastry. This restaurant gave me a sense of home and simplicity that everyone talks about and looks for in restaurants of a certain level. I feel more than satisfied.

Elegant but welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food, especially the Canzian family wine, egg poached egg, bread with salted butter, scallop and hay profiterole. The service is truly special: professional, warm, attentive, but not intrusive

Beautiful location with open kitchen and possibility of having lunch at the counter overlooking the kitchen. The food is excellent, great care is taken in the choice of raw materials and the balance of the dishes.

Ottima iniziativa.
Abbiamo mangiato molto bebè.
Atmosfera rilassata, tavoli ben distanziati, servizio molto scrupoloso.
Iniziamo con un'insalata al profumo di zenzero molto gradevole, equilibrata e anche ricca di sapore.
Proseguiamo con uno gnocco ripieno di baccalà molto ben integrato con la salsa di accompagnamento, un gusto sapido al punto giusto e della giusta intensità
Completiamo con un tris di baccalà come secondo (vicentina, trevigiana al pomodoro e al vapore): interessante come idea per assaggiare le tre varietà.
In definitiva, cucina attenta, bilanciata, ma con molto gusto. Una bella serata.
