Dalla Fernanda is just above the village of San Piero in Bagno, a renowned area for spa facilities. It is immersed in a wooded area, with tall, imposing forests of fir and chestnut trees. Characteristic context of the Apennines. The place is in "chalet" style, made of wood and this is why it is spartan but welcoming. It overlooks a lovely non-swimming lake. We took a slice of beef which is served in different sauces: with porcini mushrooms, with aubergines and tomatoes au gratin, with rocket and parmesan. The customer chooses the desired quantity. We decided on this last medium cooking version. We were immediately seduced by the goodness of the dish, of all the ingredients even the rocket which had an authentic flavor and a delicious balsamic vinegar. As a side dish we ordered fried porcini mushrooms, excellent as fried calamari. For meat, any comment is superfluous. Soft as butter, very tasty. We wish it would never end. We ate inside, but there are also tables outside. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money. Super recommended.

Quattro stelle complessive Una stella in più soltanto per la location che merita tantissimo ( anche più di una stella 🌟) Perché in un' estate calda e opprimente afosa... Questo posto ti rimette al mondo Staff simpaticissimo e dinamico Cucina da mettere alla riprova in un periodo Meno turistico perché alcune portate erano un po' buttate la'.... Alla velocità Alla quantità e non alla qualità del manufatto ( tipo ragù con i ravioli e non viceversa ------ tagliatelle abbondanti buone ma alcune appallottolate o annodate --- bruschetta al tartufo 10 Eur...due morsi Puff non c'è più) Ecco Alcuni prezzi belli decisi verso l'alto come se fosse Antani Ma ci tornerei perché sono stato bene Quindi Il mio è uno stimolo a fare meglio la prossima volta

Tavolata da 25 persone, servizio buono e personale gentile, bruschette poco sapide, buoni i funghi fritti, i primi piatti abbondanti e il sapore buono, spiedone di carne consigliato, prezzi giusti. La location carina ma il pezzo forte è il paesaggio attorno....consigliato!
