Found by chance, we couldn't have found better. Exceptional meat, fabulous first courses, potatoes in my opinion the best I've ever eaten. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

We went for lunch on a Saturday in November. The location is beautiful, overlooking Lake Pontini. The service is fast and courteous. They have two sittings: one at 12:00 PM and one at 2:00 PM, so you need to vacate your table when requested. We tried various appetizers, both with and without mushrooms, and everything was tasty and plentiful. The tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms and the potato tortelli were also excellent. The Florentine steak was good. The desserts weren't a surprise, but they were still enjoyable. Reservations are essential to secure a table. The tables are quite close together, so we couldn't fit our stroller inside because there wasn't enough room. We spent €50 each, including appetizers, a Florentine steak with black truffle, side dishes, desserts, and wine. Recommended!

We went to Ristorante della Fernanda because of its fame, and I have to say it's truly beautiful! The lake view is spectacular, especially in autumn: after lunch, you can take a stroll among the colorful foliage or along the paths lined with chestnut trees. The trattoria is welcoming, and the portions are generous. We tried both porcini and truffle dishes: the truffle ones were truly excellent, while the mushrooms and desserts were a bit less convincing. Overall, though, it's a place where you eat well!

23/11/2025: A historic restaurant at the foot of Sogliano al Rubicone, nestled in the tranquil hills of Romagna. A cuisine that cherishes tradition and, over the years, has never lost its most authentic flavors. The homemade pasta is excellent: the delicate and fragrant porcini hearts arrive with a touch of class: a sprinkle of grated Fossa cheese, a tribute to the region, instead of the traditional cheese bowl. The tagliatelle with ragù are excellent: wide, coarse, and cooked to perfection. The ragù, flavorful and well-thinned, completes the dish without being overpowering. The roast rabbit is delicious, rich in flavor and expertly cooked, resulting in a tender and fragrant dish. Homemade mascarpone and tiramisu round out the meal with a sweet treat perfect for a leisurely Sunday. The finale is sweet and comforting: homemade mascarpone and tiramisu, perfect for a Sunday lunch. Service is fast and precise, with friendly and attentive waiters. The wine list is basic but adequate, enough to choose and enjoy excellent local Sangiovese wines.

07/10/2025: Pasticceria Amadori has become our regular Sunday breakfast spot, and there's a reason: it's simply perfect! The quality of the products is always top-notch. The croissants are fragrant, the pastries are incredibly fresh, and the coffee (or cappuccino) is expertly prepared. Starting the week with these delicacies is a true pleasure. But what makes this place truly special is the staff. The baristas are the absolute best! They're always smiling, fast, and make you feel at home even when the place is crowded. Their courtesy and knowledgeable service are an incredible added value. A welcoming atmosphere, exceptional products, and impeccable service: I highly recommend Amadori to anyone looking for a top-quality breakfast or break.
