We visited this restaurant for lunch and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. Special praise goes to Chef Vincenzo: his dishes are a perfect balance of flavors and creativity; you can tell there's great passion and top-quality ingredients behind every course. Equally crucial was the welcome from the dining room manager, Pasquale, who looked after us with extreme professionalism, friendliness, and a rare level of customer service. He made us feel at home right away, offering us the best advice. A perfect combination of kitchen and dining room. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

While strolling around Pienza, we accidentally stopped by the Falco restaurant. We were immediately greeted with a wonderful welcome! We were two couples, and since it was International Women's Day, they gave us two mimosas and offered all four of us a glass of prosecco. The food was excellent. I loved the Cinta Senese fillet, but the pici and pappardelle were also excellent. Congratulations to the new management! Good luck, guys!

Warm and typically Tuscan atmosphere. The staff is very kind and attentive. The food is healthy and flavorful, with traditional flavors. Thank you for your hospitality! Highly recommended.
