CHEF STEFANO PROMOTED.. room for improvement for the rest ☺️ The expectations from a gastronomic point of view were well placed and rewarded by good cuisine that expresses commitment, application, research, technique and professionalism. The chef certainly deserves a 5-star review and for this reason we replicated the experience, for his art 😁 However, the service needs to be reviewed a bit, not only in empathetic terms but also for an adequate valorisation of the culinary proposals. With the exception of the professional Francesco (I hope I remembered the name correctly) who I would say is perfect, for the rest, in our opinion, the team needs to get a little more on topic. You come to a restaurant of this type not so much to feed yourself, but above all to listen to a story and I don't like a dish I bring hastily, especially if this haste doesn't even allow me to fully understand what's in front of me, especially in the case of a menu. "Trust me" tasting, chosen to enter the spirit of the chef, "in the dark", without even the support of a paper menu: in this case the presentation becomes even more important. Leaving aside other details, I didn't even like that at the checkout, both times, at the time of payment, they weren't even asked (even if just out of mere courtesy) if everything had been to their satisfaction. In short, good service is not expressed only with mise en place and coming and going to the tables. Let's come to the location: beautiful, the courtyard is very suggestive, but the mezzanine area is really too hot. This aspect needs to be addressed and improved in some way.

Piatti sia di carne che di pesce della cucina sarda rivisitati in modo interessante. L’aperitivo di benvenuto deve essere gradevole e oggettivamente il bianco che ci è stato servito non era buono. Meglio allora non offrirlo.Tutto il resto ottimo

Siamo stati a cena invogliato dalle recensioni positive. Non c'è stato nulla che ci abbia colpito nè per qualità nè per bontà. Servizio veramente scarso. Cameriera e personale alla cassa che sembrava infastidito. Per il prezzo pagato c'è molto di meglio

An atmosphere of true simple elegance within a courtyard in small Teulada. A pleasure-loving hermit “from Stefano”. The historic pochè smoked egg is a delicious start that evokes the land and hills in which Teulada is barricaded. The evening continues with the tortello 30 yolks, worthy of an Emilian Sfoglina, brings together the Sardinian hinterland with its 3 pecorino cheeses. The 3... number of a perfect dish.
The Sardinian fregola, risotto with shellfish bisque and raw scampi, opens the door to the turquoise and mineral sea like the Argiolas Nasco, which accompanied the dish.
The journey ended with a 50 kg slice of amberjack cooked at low temperature and combined with the truest flavor of the earth. Green asparagus, the truest way to keep your feet on the ground in this authentic sensorial shipwreck.

Excellent food with good presentation. Friendly and helpful staff (apart from the
squirted cashier). I wanted to give 4 stars for the costs being a little too high, but I can't penalize them for this, the prices are displayed, if you don't want to spend that amount don't even go in.
