The property is meticulously cared for, welcoming, and authentic, with views that alone are worth the trip. The food is simply exceptional—authentic dishes, authentic flavors, and quality ingredients. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to make every guest feel at home. 05/10/2025: The room was generally fine and clean, but there were a few things that soured the stay. The refrigerator didn't really work, and the hot water was only available intermittently or took an incredibly long time to arrive. Furthermore, the room was very cold because the heating wasn't working. Unfortunately, this meant that the towels didn't dry properly. A new set of towels was charged €7 – we were kindly given a new one free of charge, but the circumstances (temperature, lack of heating) should have been better considered. Breakfast on Sunday morning was also quite chaotic. Many dishes ran out quickly, and the staff were clearly overwhelmed with refilling everything in a timely manner. In fact, some items were only refilled (even the day before) after we mentioned it. We would like to highlight the staff on a positive note: Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even if the organization could have been a bit better in some areas. Overall, a rather mediocre stay with room for improvement, despite the really friendly staff.
