It was the best part of my month-long trip to Italy.
Delicious breakfast, clean and well-maintained rooms and swimming pool, friendly staff.
I'm afraid of bugs, but there weren't any bugs and it was kept neat and clean without a single leaf.
It was quiet so it was nice to relax.

What can I say... other than FANTASTIC!!! hotel is located in a charming, quiet place, extremely kind staff, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes... spotless rooms!!! If I were to return to these parts I would definitely stay here!!!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable. We chose this one because it has a walking path to San Gimignano with views of the city, 40 minutes on foot, a really beautiful view. Then we discovered that the hotel restaurant - Da Pode, has 4 Michelin stars! We ended up having lunch there, really exceptional. Breakfast also very good.

Very nicely located and clean small hotel complex with a restaurant at the feet of San Gimignano. Very friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, excellent restaurant and well-kept outdoor area. Absolutely recommended for people with gluten intolerance.

I stayed here for a couple nights and it was such a great stay overall. The building/rooms are nice and clean, the pool and outdoor space is like a resort, they have a free shuttle to San Gimignano, and the included breakfast was delicious with so many great options to choose from. However, given the price of the stay it seems incredibly cheap that they turn off the air conditioning during the day and the only way to turn it back on is to pay €15 per HOUR. At one point our room was at 29°, which is just unbearable. In the evening they turn the AC back on and let it run overnight until the morning, but good luck if you need to work or relax in your room during the day.

Everything perfect from location to service
Beautifully designed, quiet hotel in a typical Tuscan atmosphere. Classic, but neat and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool, extensive breakfast, friendly staff and a good restaurant. Spacious parking lot.
