We visited this restaurant based on the many excellent reviews. Excellent wine list, special cuisine. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!

We stumbled upon this excellent restaurant by chance, looking for a good Florentine steak, and we found it! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I went to Pinocchio for dinner. The people who welcomed me were super kind and helpful. I had a delicious plate of pappardelle with wild boar (perhaps the portion was a little small) and baked potatoes. Everything was good, but the real surprise was the homemade panna cotta, which was truly excellent. Excellent dinner

We’d been by here a number of times and finally tried it. The location is next to the Mercado Centrale so easy to find. Theres a tiny park honoring Pinocchio right next to it. Service was very good, food was delicious! We went for lunch and had a fabulous pizza so returned for dinner the next night and it was great! Check out the photos for their amazing smoked burrata! A do not miss item on the menu!

A truly pleasant experience: the staff was very kind in welcoming us, and the atmosphere was charming and well-kept. The waitresses were helpful with choosing dishes, especially with guidance on how much meat to order if you're not used to ordering a Florentine steak (which is ordered by the kilo or more), and on how to cook it. The meat was fantastic, even left on the grill where you could flip it over to cook the other side more, if you liked. The grill definitely allowed the Florentine steak to always be tender and warm, so you didn't end up eating cold meat during the meal (which has happened to me elsewhere). We'll definitely book again, thrilled with the high-quality protein. Last but not least: excellent value for money. I've attached a photo :)

Very nice place. Friendly and welcoming staff. We had a pizza, which was delicious, and the carbonara. To finish, we had two desserts. Everything was excellent.

Da Pinocchio è come mangiare in una favola. Piatti toscani eccezionali, pappardelle al cinghiale fantastiche e carne da lasciarti senza fiato. Servizio da fare scuola, camerieri gentili e preparati, la proprietaria Helga una persona incantevole e sempre disponibile. Da tornarci senza se e senza ma e da consigliare a tutti.

At first glance, it might seem like a typical tourist trattoria, given its proximity to the magnificent Piazza della Signoria, but I assure you, that's not the case: here, professionalism and quality reign supreme. You absolutely must try the fusilloni with venison ragù and the pappardelle with wild boar, both delicious. The classic tagliata with arugula and parmesan is also excellent, cooked to perfection and as per tradition, slightly rare. The waiter was impeccable, professional, and attentive, while the owner was friendly and welcoming, helping to create an informal and very pleasant atmosphere. A place I would truly recommend to everyone: simple, authentic, and high-quality. Perfect for those who want to eat well in the heart of Florence without falling into the usual tourist traps.
