We've been customers of this restaurant for a long time, but with the new management, we were truly surprised and positively surprised. The quality has taken a noticeable leap. We ate incredibly fresh, authentic fish, made with natural, top-quality ingredients, including excellent caviar. Everything was meticulously prepared, with a quality that was clearly evident. The new owners, Vincenzo and Alberto, are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate, capable of providing excellent advice and truly showcasing the finest ingredients. It was an experience that won us over and one we absolutely recommend.

You can't say the food is bad. The fish is very well cooked, and the dishes are certainly expertly prepared. Everything is meticulously prepared, even the service. In my opinion, the prices are inappropriate. While I understand that today's ingredients no longer meet the same standards as in the past, they seem unbalanced, making them a bit too expensive. Despite this, I don't feel like giving it a negative review. Perhaps it's more suitable for an important or formal dinner than for a midweek business lunch.
