I went to Piero's a few months ago. I already knew the owner because I went to the other restaurant that had the Da Vinci. I had a great time because the quality is excellent. You don't even eat fish like this in the south. The only thing I found was that there isn't a menu and he offers you everything and you don't know what you're going to pay. However, the fish is something spectacular and if you want to eat good fish, especially raw, you can spend 100 euros per person.

Without taking anything away from the excellent quality of the food... it's unacceptable that customers don't see a menu with prices, as they should be!
The menu is explained by the owner at the table... a bit too long-winded, in my opinion!
In my opinion, there should be a little more privacy in deciding what to eat, because in the end, you end up choosing by exhaustion 😅!
Above-average value for money!

After 7 years I return:
Always top food and compliments to the chef! With more experience with other restaurants I can say that without a menu of dishes but "talking", you get to a stratospheric and not at all appropriate bill. At the moment after a beautiful evening even "too" with the actors in the room I did not reflect, but I flashed in my wait these 320 euros, then 300 discounted with 1 bottle of 40 euros. A crudité for 2. Then 2 Catalan lobster salads. Then 1 turbot second course. Then 2 desserts and 2 coffees. I CAN'T COME BACK I'M SORRY. There is a bit of chatter between one friend and another and you pay. Quantity and quality do not determine that price absolutely and I apologize if I did not realize at the moment with the owners. If it were to happen again I will point it out. But we will wait perhaps another 7 years. There are renowned restaurants of your level that do the math better.
Excellent high quality fish. Excellent service. Nothing special at all. But if you want excellent fish you are in the right place. Good fish is priced right.

Siamo stati da Piero per festeggiare il mio compleanno, mia figlia di 8 mesi, il mio compagno ed io.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Antipasto di pesce crudo ottimo, primi piatti buonissimi. Personale gentile e preparato, che inoltre non ha mancato di fare due chiacchiere con noi ed essere carinissimo nei confronti della bimba.
