Trattoria Enoteca "Da Petruzzu" Review Trattoria Enoteca "Da Petruzzu" was founded by Pietro Fiore, father of current owner Francesco Fiore. As a child, he was curious to discover all the secrets of his mother's, Signora Annamaria's, cooking. She has always prepared delicious traditional local dishes with her expert hands, paired with a variety of wines, both local and international. Since Francesco and his wife Manuela took over the helm of the family-run trattoria, the spaces in the two dining rooms have been modified and enlarged, accommodating up to 50 guests. The most distinctive and delicious first course is pasta "alla Giangaleone," a creation born from Francesco's lively mind and crafted with carefully selected quality ingredients, both plain and with sauce. These dishes have been featured by various people on various Facebook pages. Just to name a few: "Casa Pappagallo," "Dove al Sud," and "Giallo Zafferano Blog." A source of pride for the trattoria and a credit to the inventor of this exquisite dish. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to savor the flavors of yesteryear.

Quality cured meats, spectacular meat, a very pleasant atmosphere, and Francesco is an excellent host. We'll definitely be back.

Authentic and typical Calabrian flavors. The owner is incredibly friendly and knows how to tantalize the palate with all the house specials. The cuisine is homemade, authentic, like the ones of the past. I felt at home even though I was 500 km away. I would return 1,000 times over!
