Ristorante da Pasquino In Aulla

I've been going there for several years, because I like everything, the food is very good, the service is excellent, the location is very welcoming, parking is easy, you spend the right amount... what more could you want?! Nothing, keep going! Congratulations to everyone!

Point of reference restaurant for panigacci and meat. Always at the top

Regarding the Restaurant: the environment is pleasant. The service is professional, the dishes are well prepared and of good quality. Good choice on the menu and wine list. A little more courtesy when customers arrive would be much appreciated.

Locale storico nel centro di Aulla, facente parte di un albergo a 2 stelle. Concettualmente, essendo di un complesso 2 stelle ci si immagina un ambiente modesto. Invece il ristorante è molto curato e con una apparecchiatura elegante. I prezzi non sono assolutamente da 2 stelle! Abbiamo preso in 4, una cotoletta con patate fritte, una porzione Panigacci bolliti (tre con tre sughi diversi: parmigiano, pesto e sugo ai funghi con pomodoro). Ambedue i piatti buoni. Insieme due tagliolini ai funghi porcini ( a piatto ci sarà stato circa 50gr di pasta) buonissimi per carità ma è inutile costi 12€ se figura mezza porzione. Per secondo abbiamo preso due porzioni di panigacci con formaggi e salumi… questi mi sembrano avere un prezzo esagerato dato che a 16€ a porzione hai qualche Panigaccio con due vassoini di affettato (tra l altro non decantato come avevo letto) e due assaggi di gorgonzola e stracchino. Capisco che sia il prodotto tipico di zona ma mi sembra che si calchi un po’ la mano… intravisto i costi dei filetti… proibitivi (25-30€) e della bistecca (6/kg). Infine tre palline di gelato e crema coi frutti di bosco. In tutto 115€… TROPPO!

Trovato un tavolo all’ultimo minuto, abbiamo deciso di fare tappa in questo ristorante, annesso a un albergo. Locale ben curato, anche se invaso da scatoloni di bottiglie di vino impilate un po’ ovunque. Abbiamo ordinato ravioli e delle verdure bollite, che purtroppo erano finite. La signora, molto gentile, ci ha proposto in alternativa delle verdure alla griglia con accompagnamento di panigacci. Volevamo rimanere leggeri perché in procinto di affrontare il Cerreto e siamo perfettamente riusciti nell’intento: i ravioli - buoni, per carità - erano in pratica solo un assaggio, così come le verdure alla griglia: la porzione che hanno portato, accompagnata da un panigaccio a testa, sarebbe risultata scarsa anche per una. La mia dietologa ringrazia.

I had lunch twice at this restaurant. the second the panigacci, while the first we tasted the dishes from the kitchen. both times we ate really well, there is certainly quality in this place. pleasant environment and room service.

Albergo Restaurant Pasquino in Aulla is an absolute gem! We had an amazing dining experience here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The traditional food was outstanding, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the homemade pasta to the delicious local meats, everything tasted authentically Tuscan. The wine was equally impressive, perfectly complementing our meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal wine to pair with our food, which made the experience even more special. Excellent restaurant with an offer that goes beyond simple respect for local tradition (the panigacci are excellent though). The service is also excellent.
