Ristorante da Pasquino In Aulla

I had lunch twice at this restaurant. the second the panigacci, while the first we tasted the dishes from the kitchen. both times we ate really well, there is certainly quality in this place. pleasant environment and room service.

Albergo Restaurant Pasquino in Aulla is an absolute gem! We had an amazing dining experience here, and I can’t recommend it enough. The traditional food was outstanding, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the homemade pasta to the delicious local meats, everything tasted authentically Tuscan. The wine was equally impressive, perfectly complementing our meal. The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal wine to pair with our food, which made the experience even more special. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they serve. Excellent restaurant with an offer that goes beyond simple respect for local tradition (the panigacci are excellent though). The service is also excellent.

Typical cuisine restaurant in the center of Sulla. The barbecue fireplace where exceptional meats and local panigacci are made is fabulous. Fair prices. Stellar quality.

I was a little disappointed by the food, perhaps because I compare it with a few years ago, the quality was better and the quantities more abundant, but the owner family is still as friendly as ever.

Abbiamo preso i famosi panigacci, sia bolliti ai tre sughi, sia quelli con i salumi e formaggi tipici…davvero molto buoni…per chiudere in bellezza un assaggio di ottima China Clementi…
