Warm and welcoming service, and the testaroli are truly top-notch—I'd say among the best in the Aulla-Podenzana area. The desserts are almost all homemade and unmissable. Highly recommended!

An excellent restaurant with an offering that goes beyond simple respect for local tradition (the panigacci are excellent, though). The service is also excellent. On the downside, as in many other establishments, the acoustics are truly disturbing on the busiest days (August 15th).

Excellent dinner experience for four. We booked last minute, even though the place was packed, they found us a seat. Impeccable service, all the dishes were delicious, high-quality meat, and superb gnocchi. The panigacci were also worth a try.

We celebrated a friends birthday at this fabulous restaurant. We were welcomed by friendly staff. We shared the local dish - Panigacci, which was cooked in the local fireplace and eaten with local cheese and cuts. It was delicious! I followed this with an amazing risotto with truffle. My friends tried the steak, which they announced was amazing! Absolutely delicious! Grazie a tutti x

26/08/2025: When I'm in the area, it's a must-visit. The food is excellent, with meticulously prepared and imaginative cuisine. The place is spectacular in terms of taste and harmony, and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

Trattoria la fornace

20/08/2025: We stopped for dinner on our way off the highway. The staff was quick and friendly, and all the dishes were delicious! The prices were fair, and the portions were generous. We tried the testaroli (delicious) for the first time, and the fried foods and ravioli were excellent! The spaghetti allo scoglio was perhaps the least recommended of the dishes we tried, but that's simply because it's easier to find. Highly recommended!
